Today was our Summer Check up on our system. Chris was, as always, very professional, always is on time and knows my system and makes sure if a repair needs to be made he explains it, and takes care of it at that time. Ive worked with this Company for over 6 years. They have installed 2 new systems at my home, and repaired the old system a number of times. They're reasonable, technically savey and always provide speedy reliable service.

Called about my furnace blower motor not working off and on. It happend to be on when the tech arrived and he literally looked at it and then spent 30 minutes on the phone helping another tech who was on another job and then charged me $95 for nothing. He never actually checked anything with a meter or gauges or did any kind of diagnostic on the system. It then stopped working again after he left and I called another company who immediately diagnosed a bad fan module and fixed it that day.

I have been dealing with WG Speeks for several years. I always have had good service, I have referred them to every person that I can that need any air conditioning or heating work done. They are a very good company to deal with and they do good work.

good customer service ! When issues with quality came up and the system cut off due to mechanical and installation errors, Jerry came out, stayed late and fixed the problems. Our new construction has been a nightmare, but people like Jerry have been such a help.
