I like the store. Good knowledgeable staff, they help me with heavy stuff, and the prices are better than home depot and lowes. And they have off items that are harder to find. 10/10 recommend.

Management is not helpful and unfriendly. Not a good experience.

Store staff is very helpful, they suggest a few and have work around recommendations, make suggestions to lead you to a great purchase.

I left a zip lock bag with lawnmower parts on a shelf Wednesday realized the bag was gone Friday at my house went to northern Saturday morning to try to find it and she said it wasn’t there but she would ask the manager when he arrived. She took my number down and I left.
2 hours later she calls me and the manager found it. Great customer service

We shop this store often and have always had a good experience.

I came to the store before they were about to close and they had the doors locked before 7 it's says they are open 7 to 7 not when ever the employees feel like it I'll take my business else where and the sad part the employees sitting at the door like a bouncer saw me come to the door and there's not let me in very poor customer service!!!

They're small engine parts department has a joke customer service in this location is some of the worst I've ever experienced.
Their employee running their small engine parts department was one of the rudest I've ever experienced.

Great place to shop for tools!

Ordered a generator to be delivered to store which came in quickly, about a week. Curbside pickup was great. They brought it out and put it in my truck. Now ordered an electrical 240 male plug and its available in store (no charge) and they'll bring it out in about 2 hours. So nice!

I went to northern tool on 10/12/19 and made a purchase and the cashier was probably the most helpful individual I have ever encountered. The woman went beyond the call of duty she gave me the internet price of the item I purchased and when I came back because of an issue with the items months later the customer service representative Matt was equally amazing..... My conscience wouldn't allow me to have peace without acknowledging the exceptional service and customer support. The ladies at the cashier on 4/16/20 were just as amazing. I really am amazed....
