I love going to northern tool just to look around and buy things I need from there and the people who work there gave always be great to try and help you find what you need .its a great store and I have nothing bad to say .keep up the good work.

Placed an order online for local pick up. One of the six items was out of stock. Was told they had to cancel the whole order instead of just removing or replacing the out of stock item. At least they called to tell me.

Went to buy a chain saw and the guy that helped us was awesome, to me he went above and beyond. He even signed me up for the warranty online.

The store was clean and neat, and the associates were polite and helpful.
