Tommy and James went out of their way to help me when they did not have to. This tells me that they care about their customers. I have bought many items here over the years and I will be back again and again. This is the best place to purchase tools and equipment. I am glad to recommend them to others.

I have shopped at this store for years never had any problems, staff are always helpful, and the cashiers are always great and cheerful.

I love the products at Northern Tool & Equipment! If I can't find it at the store they will have it on their website which I am a Member of to get free shipping. The North Star products they sell are extremely reliable as well.

Always courteous, great selection

I went in this morning to purchase a boroscope for our dealership. They did not stock the one I was looking for, but offered me the "Milwaukee" brand one with a "better" warranty. I REALLY needed it today, so I went ahead and bought it. The light on the camera does not cut on, it does not work out of the box. I called the store and the manager said I can come get their display, but he will not apply any discounts to it. I will be carrying the large amount of business we do with them elsewhere.

The order process went fine but I was given a code in order to get a discount. But unfortunately, during checkout, there was no option to put in a code.

Good selection of tools and excellent service. Picked up an online order, spoke with someone when i entered and they had my order waiting when i finished browsing the store.

I have bought stuff from y'all for years and will keep buying from yall
