The technician, Aaron was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He answered any and all questions we had. I would highly recommend this company to others!

Tim H was great, he answered my questions (I am fairly knowledgable about physics and electronic systems) and was open to guide me through the different specs on the monitoring equipment and the science behind HVAC. After all was said and done I left with a sense of better understanding and felt empowered to make the decision to replace my existing & failed unit (2001 model, died in 2023).

A+++ for service.

When we Purchased our home Two years ago I was concerned about Heating with Oil base board Heating. We Met Technician BILL at that Time. He had installed our system over 15 years ago.. He Really Knows This unit and I'm guessing at each Job site he Has the same Professional approach. BILL is on time and Quick at his Task. Thanks Miller's and Bill.

We had a broken pipe from freezing weather. We called Miller's and they were able to send Plumber Kevin out within hours of our call after we signed up for their annual maintenance plan. Kevin fixed our broken pipe quickly and had our water back on in no time. Kevin was also very personable and great to work with! We were very pleased with the service at Miller's (from the phone receptionists to the plumbers).

Terren and his partner were efficient and thorough . They explained what was checked and from what I can see did a good job !

Tim H. serviced our unit. Tim was very friendly, professional, and thorough. Tim was also very careful about not leaving any mess and cleaned up his work area nicely. We were so impressed with him that we would prefer only Tim doing our maintenance from now on. You are very fortunate to have such a great employee, he is definitely an asset to your company.

Bill Carter is great. He was very polite,professional and knowledgeable of his job. He took the time two explain the issue with furnace and explain my options. I definitely recommend Miller's and Bill Carter. 👍

Aaron came out and spent a full two hours assessing the two AC units and diagnosing the problems. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated his careful attention to the issues at hand.
