Transparent company with terrific service from beginning to end!
Planning was easy, they called to confirm my appointment the day before, and the technician called when he was headed to my home the day of.
Aaron was so friendly, considerate of our home, and happy to explain everything to me in detail. Along with taking the time to review the HVAC system and issues, he also took the time to explain costs, additional services, etc. At no point did I feel like he was trying to push/sell me anything. We are thrilled to have found such a great company to use and can’t recommend them enough!

Tim was AMAZING! Very professional, kind, helpful, informative, and most of all HONEST! My husband and I can not be happier with him and the entire experience we had with Millers. I loved that he gave honest updates about our home system and did not try to sell us things we did not need. We are still having someone come out to give us an estimate since our system is so old, but that was our choice! We are extremely pleased and grateful for the service we received today!!!

Had new A/C unit installed. Dylan and Conner were awesome!!!. Very friendly, respectful, and professional..kept us updated throughout installation. Miller's was outstanding. I had a new furnace put in to replace a 35-year-old unit and I had a new AC put in to replace a 15-year-old unit. George was great,he came out on Sunday 6/18/23, and gave a very clear concise estimate.He was very professional,courteous,respectful and quite informative. Anthony and Jau arrived Wednesday morning 6/21/23 to install the units,I was told it would be a two-day job. Words cannot adequately describe or express my overall satisfaction with the two young men who came to do the installation. I am very particular about my home and the contents of it,once I explained that to the installers they went above and beyond to accommodate my concerns and adhere to my instructions.They were professional,considerate, understanding and just overall amazing in the way they performed their duties when installing the equipment,keep in mind it rained off and on for the two days that they were here and when they left it was as if they had never been in my home nothing was Disturbed or out of place. I merely had to put back the things I had moved in order for them to be able to do their job without any obstructions upon the completion of the install. Anthony and Jay went above and beyond to make sure I was very well satisfied with everything that they did, if I could give these two guys 10✨ Stars, I would because in my personal opinion Miller needs to do whatever they have to to keep them employed. They are not expendable!!! I've lived in my home for 25 years,I've had many people come in and out to do different work and make different installations and Anthony and Jau were by far the best installers I have ever had the privilege of having in my home,they were awesome!!!!! I highly recommend Miller's if you want the job done right.

Office staff is not the most courteous..despite proof of no calls or voicemails, Office aregued and had attitudes saying they called and left messages. Newer Techs didn't seem to fully know what to do, despite supposedly fully trained before going into a home. Tech didn't realize / know to not to step off the Support Beams in attic and put foot thru ceiling. Office wouldn't let Tech finish installation the next day, so sent additional Tech to help, however they left at 5 or 530, leaving head Tech to finish (took an additional 2 hrs). He still didn't finish and rushed at the end, and didn't complete the work. Someone new Had to come back next day and seemed he didnt fully know what needed to be done, even though he said he had ahh the info. Seemed lots of miss communication. Having issues already and it's only been 4 months since install.

Our tech was awesome! Super friendly, polite, and dog friendly. He came in and got right to work while we watched TV. Did a thorough check of the cooling and heating components and cleaned the coils. He recommended a couple items that we didn’t get done but was not pushy at all. Truly a maintenance company and not a sales company.

Miller’s is amazing. Our hot water tank died Thursday night, we called them Friday morning and they were there and we had a new tank by 3:00 that afternoon. Taron was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend Miller’s to anyone.

Tim from Miller’s came out and did a diagnostic on my system and was able to determine I had a leak. It was professional on time very informative but without talking over my head. I appreciated his service so much that I readily agreed for one of their field supervisors to come out and talk to me the same afternoon About my options in regards to a new system.
