It is hard to find trust the advertising commercials that companies put out boasting about how good they are. So when Logan showed up to service my HVAC unit, I was eager to see if Miller Home Comforts sent me a service technician or a sale representative disguised as a service technician. I am pleased to know that Logan was a bonified service technician that had a clear understanding of of the job he was hired to perform. Logan was polite, tidy, and professional. I have to mention that I was truly impressed with how Miller Home Comfort Inc technicians keep their vehicles equipped with parts complete some minor repairs. I would easily recommend Miller Home Comfort to anyone.

Upstairs AC filled up the overflow pan. Called Miller’s to help diagnose and fix the problem. Taron and Mike came out and worked through the heat inside and put to get everything working again. The scheduling staff were kind and communicative. Definitely recommend. They lived up to their ads.

Miller's Heating and Air Conditioning were outstanding. We needed a complete HVAC system replacement - ducts, heat pumps, thermostats, everything top to bottom.
Megan and Olivia at Miller's office were very responsive throughout the whole process. They sent a field supervisor to evaluate the necessary work as soon as we made the initial call. Eric offered different options, detailing efficiency, pricing, etc, and explaining the benefits of each option. We were able to make an informed decision, which suited our needs and our budget. We were particularly happy that installation could be done that very same week.
As promised, Miller's teams came on time and were able to finish the work on both systems, upstairs and downstairs, in two and a half days. Their lead installer, Ray, was very knowledgeable and professional ‐ not only was he efficient and thorough with the installation, but he knew what needed to be improved, and corrected many issues that existed with our old system, including some unexpected electrical wiring problems.
On the last day, just as the team was finishing their work, our neighborhood lost power. Ray and his team completed what they could and were kind to stay for a few hours, hoping we'd get power back in time. Unfortunately, we didn't get our power back until 5:00 pm that day, so Miller's worked with us and sent a technician late that evening to complete the final check-ups and tests. Jesse came after 7:00 pm and we were so grateful he was willing to extend his already long day to finish our system. He performed the necessary tests and adjustments quickly and efficiently, and thanks to him and Miller's excellent organization and flexibility, we had our new system up and running perfectly and on time despite the unforeseen power hitch.
All in all, we couldn't be happier with Miller's Heating and Air Conditioning. Don't hesitate to call them; they have our wholehearted recommendation.

Miller’s did maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner for my home in Virginia Beach. They were very courteous to provide a call the day before service to remind me, and the technician called when he was on the way. The technician was very friendly, provided a thorough service, and kept me informed of all that he did. It is very clear that they do things the right way and don’t cut corners. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!

Just had Millers out to do our duct work. What an amazing team they sent out. Fixed our system up, and was cheaper then the competition. Our house heats and cools all over now and in a flash. I sound like a commercial...but its the truth. Great work guys!

Our tech from Miller's today was Aron and he was amazing. He was on time, polite, friendly, and very professional. He informed me of every step he took in fixing our unit and was able to educate and inform me on the problem and how to prevent it in the future. We had some very poor experiences with another company taking advantage of us and our elderly uncle who is the home owner, so it felt really good to have an honest person come out to fix our problem. I look forward to doing business with Miller's in the future. If you don't want to get scammed into spending more money or worry that things weren't done correctly on your HVAC system I would recommend Miller's! They are an honest company and they get the job done right!

Two units installed, not even 2 minutes after they left. The unit failed. The techs came back, removing the safety switch to get the unit to start working again to find out the unit’s air handler is installed backwards. I have been calling the call center for 4 hours to get in touch with someone, no one will call me back. The sales rep, George tells us he is at dinner and cannot help. Despite multiple calls to talk to a supervisor, George, and no one from the Millers team would answer or call us back. Our units cost 35,00 dollars and we currently cannot use, have no AC and sweating our butts off. Their commercial on the radio lies, all this company is are salesmen. If they would spend as much time performing a quality install as they do on their commercials maybe they would be able to install a unit properly. I have reached out to George, Olivia, called the tech who came to the house, no one willing to help. I need the owner involved ASAP and someone to come to my home go get this fixed ASAP. All of this could be avoided if someone could call me or come to my home to get this resolved.

Aaron was very thorough and professional. Confirmed a few issues I believed I had and found some hidden issues that he walked me through for my newer system install from another company that just rushed the job. Would definitely request him for future work.
