Miller's Heating and Air Conditioning

Aaron came within 20 mins of the dispatcher putting out a call. He was very polite and was very thorough with his inspection. He explained what was causing my issues and then gave me some great options. Didn't try to oversell anything. Overall, very pleased with Miller's and will definitely recommend.

Miller's Heating & Air are just lovely people. We needed a simple routine maintenance for our A/C unit. Tim was personable, really patient at explaining things (I ask lots of questions), and direct in saying exactly what he was going to do and where he would need access to do it. There were a few scheduling issues from our original booking date, both on our end and Miller's end, but Kim in the office was a pro at re-working days and time slots that worked for everyone. As someone with a background in admin, I judge a company by how the office staff interacts with me; her friendly demeanor, patience, and follow through was excellent and has me committed to Miller's.

Update (April 2023): We've previously only needed Miller's for maintenance, until last week. During our glorious first warm day of spring, we realized our AC was not working. Aaron from Miller's was here about a week later and informed us our motor was done for. After about 15 minutes, he thoroughly explained the issues, presented the solutions, the day's timeline for the repairs, their costs, as well as additional recommendations for us to consider. Aaron was friendly, courteous, and focused on getting the parts and the repairs done efficiently.
We're really looking forward to warmer days ahead knowing our AC is in tip top condition.

My heat went out and Tim H. came to diagnose the issue and offer repair services. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was going on. He was able to get the necessary part and fix the issue in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

The Miller's Heating and Air Conditioning technicians were so knowledgable and quick to discern the issue with our furnace. We were impressed with their professional approach and how they genuinely cared about their work with the company. It was not just a job to the technicians. It was their time to share their expertise to help a family. Their commitment to service, compassion for people like us who have no skill for any kind of repairs, and enthusiasm towards their work that separates Miller's from any other business. We decided to continue working with the company and be more proactive by having spring and fall maintenace scheduled.

The heat stopped working, so I called Miller's to have them come out and look at it. Tim came out and we are very pleased with his work. He determined what the issue was in a timely manner and took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. He ordered the part and came out to install it when it came in. He bared the cold weather and work diligently until the heat was working again. Tim was great! Very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with his work. All of my experiences with Miller's have been wonderful. Their techs seem to genuinely care about their customers and and take great pride in their work. As long as techs like Tim keep providing exceptional customer service, Miller's will be my first choice for HVAC services. Highly recommend!

Miller’s and Tech Leon did another great service appointment and the team at Miller’s notified us all along the process with upmost professionalism. We have been very pleased with Miller’s, the equipment and service they have provided us over the last couple of years. Leon was a knowledgeable and highly competent tech on our new high tech heat pump. We would recommend this company.

Millers was very responsive to my air conditioner needs. The scheduler Kim stayed on top of the schedule changes throughout the day and was able to be flexible with my schedules needs.

Tim H showed up on schedule, listened to my A/C problems and then explained to me what his plan was. He was very thorough, and then took a lot of time explaining the problem and coordinating with his supervisor to get a good game plan on the repairs. Recommend to anyone to request Tim for your repairs.

Our daughter couldn't believe it.
She works in commercial HVAc and it isn't that much for whole building.

Tim was very friendly and made sure to explain everything that he was doing. He even showed me how he tested the battery on my unit and how it was failing. I so recommend Miller’s. Such an honest and reliable company.
