Daniel did a great job. He was very patient and answered all my questions about this new system. His assurances that things were properly installed greatly eased my mind.

Tim was amazing! Spent over 9 hours here trying to fix my electrical problem. Really really appreciate the fact he was chasing an electrical “gremlin” to identify the root cause of the problem and not simply do the quick easy fix like others would do! If I could give him more stars, I would!!! Thank you for letting him come to my house!

Had an issue with my upstairs unit and Robert and walker from Millers came out and walked me through everything! They were extremely knowledgeable got everything taken care of. I also had them install a new AC unit for my downstairs a month ago.and I just can’t say enough about this company!

Aaron arrived on time. He was very respectful and kind. He allowed me to ask any questions I had. He clean my oil furnace and change several parts and it’s running great! Just so everyone knows, my boiler furnace is from 1938! Thank you so very much.

Before arriving, Dylan (Lead) called to inform me that two other workers will be joining him on my HVAC work. At 9 AM, Dylan, Dylan, and Will arrived ready to work. The guys keep be updated with the progress of the work, asked in advance before using anything, cleaned up after completing the HVAC work, and ensured that the completed work was IAW with my contract. Each (Dylan, Dylan, and Will) are very professional and respectful. Before departing, Dylan answered my questions. I recommend entrusting your HVAC needs with Millers Heating and Air Conditioning.

Tim was amazing! He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The things he didn't know, he reached out to his supervisor. Tim was not overly pushy about any repairs or additional services. He recommended several things and also connected us with a manager to look at our duct work. I would recommend Tim to anyone needing HVAC services. Oh and Tim even loved on my dogs which pleases them and will then stay out of the way.

I love this organization. I have had a terrific experience with everyone I have dealt with from the customer service thru the assessments, install of a new minisplit and the maintenance of my minisplits. Robert, Terence, and Walker did the difficult job of cleaning the blades of 3 systems for me. They called before they came, arrived on time, did a great job and cleaned up afterward. Millers is great company
