Miller's Heating and Air Conditioning

First time using Millers. We were highly advised to call them after another said company didn’t meet our expectations. Josh had come out and was extremely helpful and professional. Definitely a man I would hire any day of the week. Their service plans are second to none. Just an overall great first impression and experience. Thank you Josh

Aaron the technician called us and let us know that he was on his way. He arrived early and made sure he put on shoe covers, which was appreciated. He explained the parts he was replacing and advised that when he finished he would be checking the heating system to ensure everything was working properly. He explained about signing up for a service plan and that it would give us a discount on today's service. He was very professional and answered all our questions. We are extremely grateful for the service he provided.

We had Miller's to install a new AC unit in and outside this past week. The installers (Conner and Bradley) were very nice and professional. They cleaned up afterwards . Excellent job.

I called Miller’s because I heard their slogan a number of times regarding quality. My service representative Tim arrived early and provided me with optimum service. He was able to let me know the reason for the lack of air pressure and the source of the problem with my unit. This is the third company I contacted regarding this fairly new unit. This is also the first time I believe the information given to me is credible. More to follow on the repair but I know I’m in good hands.

*The customer service representative was great as well. She was very informative and kept me informed of any changes in the appointment times.

It was very easy to get scheduled quickly with Miller’s when our AC unit was blowing warm air. Tim did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue and explaining everything in detail. Appreciate the great service!

I have a service contract with Miller's and it is a great value with added peace of mind. Techs are courteous, personable and professional! Logan & Jessie took the time to explain, what they were doing and insured I was briefed on operation of newly installed HVAC drain trap and pan sensors. Provided a solid recommendation for a programable wifi thermostat I have been thinking of buying. IMO, from the customer service person that schedules and verifies appointments to the techs that execute the work Miller's is a Top Tier business.

Walker and Robert were so respectful, informative and knowledgeable. They came to fix a duct pipe that had came loose. They were fast efficient and even shared before and after pics! Really impressed by these guys! I'll always call Miller's!

Maintenance Tech Aaron was great! Personable, professional, and a true technician. He was taking longer than expected at the customer before us but kept us updated on his progress and new estimated time of arrival. Happy we chose Miller’s.

Miller’s was very kind to work with my work schedule to receive maintenance. The technician who came out (Logan) called in advance to his arrival. He was extremely knowledgeable on the oil furnace system I have and walked me through everything I should be looking for as well as answered all of my questions. He was very professional and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience! He was even as kind as to get the scheduler on the phone to set up follow on appt before he departed. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend.

Our gas bill had gone way up and we wanted our boiler system inspected. Tim came out and provided an extremely thorough assessment. He clearly communicated expectations and followed through every detail to make sure the issue was determined and resolved to the best of his ability. He provided 5 star service and we appreciated his time and knowledge.
