we contacted Crown Heating and Air through our home warranty. Our HVAC system stopped cooling and it was a really hot week. Anwar came in and diagnosed the issue. He also fixed the wiring on our Nest thermostat. He said he had to order a part and would come and fixed it when it arrive. After the part arrived, him and his partner took care of the job. it was good after that. After few weeks, however, the AC stopped cooling again. We contacted him and he came pretty quickly. There was a loose wire on the external unit and he was able to fix it quickly. Our AC works well now thanks to him.
I highly recommend them.

Summary: Crown fixed our issue with same-day service in the middle of a snowstorm!

In the middle of a snowstorm, our power went out and when it came back on the furnace to our home had stopped functioning. Due to the snowstorm, it was unsafe for the Company to bring vans to our home with the roads still unplowed. Anwar, however, drove his personal vehicle out to our home and fixed our issue the same day as the call. In providing service, Anwar was extremely professional and even helped show me, as a new homeowner, what to look for and what steps to take to keep me more educated on my home. I can't say enough great things about the service and would recommend to anyone who would ask!

I first came upon Crown Company through my Home Warranty Insurance in 2018. I was having issues with my heater and Anwar came to my home promptly to fix it. I’ve had other “emergencies” with my A/C too and Crown Company has been very responsive and accommodating when scheduling visits. I no longer have that Home Warranty program, but I will always call Crown and no one else!
I’ve lived in my home over 35 years and I have to say that Crown is the first company I have used for maintenance and service continuously for the last 5 years, without having to look for another HVAC company ever again.
Anwar is very knowledgeable, fair in pricing and advises on items that need attention now or can wait until the next season.
He is very kind, has a great attitude and I am so very thankful for the great service he always provides. Crown is a “keeper”!

A very happy meeting through a Home Warranty assignment, which is Russian Roulette in a bad way sometimes! Anwar was able to shift his schedule a little to come out same-day before a big cold snap and fix a capacitor on the outdoor unit that was causing our HVAC to run less efficiently. He went the extra mile too and went up in the attic to check the furnace as well to ensure the whole system was good. I'll definitely be talking to Anwar more about getting into a future maintenance schedule. A++ Service!

Our technician was very knowledgeable and professional on everything he was doing. Our issue turned out to be more complicated but he worked efficiently until everything was resolved. Crown Heating and Air, especially Anwar, were awesome. Making the appointment was easy and Anwar showed up 20 minutes early the next day. He diagnosed the problem as a broken motor, he checked his truck and didn't have the replacement and then proceeded to make countless phone calls to track down our motor, which was apparently tough to find, until he found a place that had it. The motor wouldn't come in until Friday (this was Wednesday), so we stayed in touch the next two days and he waited at the supplier for them to get their truck in, including our motor and kept us in the loop all Friday morning.

He just left about 20 minutes ago after an install, gave me some tips on how to manage the AC better, and was a true pro to deal with.

They will be getting our business for checkups and I hope the home warranty company can refer us to them always.

Company was referred via Home Warranty. Tech arrived at agreed time and gave notice call of arrival. Tech explained all work and why it was being done and provided some performance tips. Will have this company do service again.

I really cannot say enough good things about this company! It’s June and 90 outside. Our AC went out in the middle of the night. I called them as soon as they opened and they fit me in the SAME DAY! They were on time and professional! 1000% will call them again.
