Honestly I don’t know where to start. Amazing workers, fast, professional and knowledgeable. Took them only couple hours to fix our furnace, when other technicians told me that it only can be replaced. So I am very thankful for service they provided. I definitely would recommend this company to my friends and family.

If i could give zero stars i would. Worst people ever. Got these guys to check my heater through Choice Plan warranty. They never showed up when they said they would and I had to call them to confirm when they would eventually show up. The tech eventually showed up the next day and still couldn't fix the issue with my capacitor as he claimed he couldn't get the replacement part due to the holidays(which was understandable). Fast forward 2-3days after he was meant to show up with the part and no one showed up or gave me a call to explain what was happening. Now we're about 5days in and when i called the tech 9am this morning, he said he never found the part and will call me back within 1hr. It's 6pm and you can guess right, NO CALL!!!!!! I called Choice to report this foul service and guess what, the tech never put in the diagnosis into my claim history which would've meant i might've ended up being liable for the fix.

Worst people ever. Got these guys to check my heater thru Choice Plan warranty. They showed up late and couldn't fix the problem. Instead my display started showing "system malfunction" just after he left. When I called and asked questions Aza guy became abusive.....never call the unprofessional and abusive ppl ur home...
