These guys are great! I have been using them for about a year and have no complaints. The quality of work is excellent, they are polite and take time to fully explain their findings and how they can fix your issue. Reasonably priced too.

Couldn’t ask for a better service . On time and professional reps from the get go. Installed the new water heater in no time. I had check other services before reaching out to them and they were cost effective too which was the biggest plus with excellent customer service. Highly recommended!!!

I don’t even know where to start, I want to take this opportunity to thank AZA services. Can you imagine in this cold, I contacted three technicians only AZA could fix and resolve the problem in no time. From the minute I got them on the phone they were very polite and kind. Even though I canceled on them twice in a row on the third day after the last technician failed. I was still able to get them to come all the way from Virginia to Silver Spring and fix my problem. At this point my heat has been off in the house for about four days straight and I’ve already spent hundreds of dollars. My third phone call to AZA after the other two technicians disappointed me by not being able to resolve the problem after purchasing the parts, AZA services came to my rescue and in less than an hour resolve the problem. I really wished I would’ve went with my first instinct the first time around and didn’t cancel. I woke up this morning in a warm and comfortable bed. I just want to use this time to thank you guys once again. I highly recommend AZA services, the price was fair, even afte stupidly canceling twice on them, at the end they still showed up on time and were very respectful and able to explain my issue very clearly direct unlike the other two companies. Thanks guys!!!

I needed my heat pump checked for one of my property in
Alexandria but i ended up being scammed by a local company
so i turned to AZA services. My neigbor told me about AZA
Services and i was little skeptical at first i didn't find
any review about this company but i took my chances again.
I set up an appointment a few days later and Ali my tech showed
up. He was very meticulous and even invited us to watch
so that i learn a thing or two. This shows his sincerity & honesty
with his profession and with us. He charge us very reasonable price
and i am so pleased to have found AZA Services and they will
be our go to guys for our heating/ac needs.

I am short of words to describe the perfection of this company's work. I never allow anyone to do work on my home until I can trust the people. From the second I got on the phone with them to describe a problem with my heater until the time they finished the job all they did was gain my trust and build rapport. They are experts in this line of work and they walked me through the whole process, beginning by explaining the problem and then defining each step as they approached in fixing it. They fixed my heater and now it's running better than before. Their prices are very reasonable in comparison to others. Others were charging twice as much just to inspect the problem. I strongly recommend them to everyone. I have passed on their information to friends and family. If you're reading this then I insist you call them up for any HVAC problem you have. I assure you that all it will take is to get on the phone with them to understand why I'm so impressed by their professionalism.

Ali did a great job! Our heater went on the fritz early Friday morning, he came Friday afternoon after we came home from work. Ali was very responsive, fitting us into his schedule after 5 on a Friday. Super kind and considerate, he identified the problem and explained how it came about. While it was a super simple fix, he also checked the entire system out, and identified and repaired areas that may have caused future problems. Highly recommended.
