We noticed the water heater was leaking Monday morning called and had an appointment Tuesday around noon ended up needing a new water heater and the technician was back on Wed morning had the water heater installed and fixed before I had to pick my son up from kindergarten. The technicians that came out were very professional, nice, informative and cleaned the space thoroughly. I 100% would recommend this company to anyone. Great service!!!

Wow, what can I say about this company..... The staff is super friendly, showed up before their qouted time. These guys were amazing! I had someone cheaper but I'd pay the price again because they had me up and running before anyone could have. Not to mention they took time to explain to my talkative 3 yr old as to what was happening. Show them some love by giving them your business. You will not be disappointed!!!!

We've had a few repairs done here and there by various service company and these guys from True Plumbing were the first to use shoe covers. I'm in pest control so I use shoe covers but I was impressed seeing them used by someone. They were early which impressed me as well. Utah seems to run late with everything so I was shocked. True Plumbing was a great plumber to use in Grantsville, UT! They were able to schedule us very quickly—next day—to fix a toilet that had broken free from the floor. They made sure to repair all leaks and did a great job. The price that was charged was very reasonable. They came back a few days later and unclogged a shower. Both times gave great service. Easy to pay with an online invoice. Also sent reminders via text and email about what time to they would be arriving and updated with an ETA. I would definitely recommend True Plumbing and use them again!

I called and Roland was out in 2 hours. He was a true professional, had camera technology to view the clog, and left the work area impeccably clean.

If I could rate higher I would. Jason and his son were the most responsive, amazing people we have worked with. We had been without hot water for 2 weeks, we reached out and they were here the very next morning!!! The other guys told us it would be even longer, Jason had us fixed by the next day, we are beyond grateful for their service and professionalism. Their friendly demeanor gave us so much confidence that we made the right decision to have them come. Our little three kiddos and are thankful.
