What can I say about this business? Great work very responsive. Back in November the week before Thanksgiving. Our compressor went out. They came and fixed it and then it went out again on Thanksgiving day and they came out the same day to fix it. It was something else that was wrong with it as well after that, we hit a huge financial hurdle that took us a while to dig out of. They were very patient with us to pay back. I want to say thank you from one small business to another. Really appreciate it.

Nate is amazing! Had an issue with my walk in freezer at my business. Nate looked at it and let me know a part was needed to completely fix the issue, but the part was needing to be ordered and would take time to get here, but he was able to get it up and running temporarily without the part. Nate has called me back to check on the freezer to ensure its still working without the part. I noticed that it was getting a little warm, Nate came out and adjusted the freezer to get it colder. Not his fault the part is on order, but the service and care he puts into his work is amazing. Will not be using anyone else but Nate.

My brother recommended touchstone when my commercial two door beverage air freezer started freezing and thawing in no particular pattern. I'm pretty handy but I was stumped. I didn't want to pay some hack for five hours of diagnostic and repair time but I'd already lost 1400 in food so decided to call. The tech showed up and pulled the panels. Within 20 minutes he knew what the problem was and he gave me two options. I chose the less expensive one and he had the entire job done in less than an hour and a half. Consider me a lifetime customer. Thanks for saving me a lot of money in loss and doing it right. Highly recommend.

Nate has helped me so much that I wouldn’t use anyone else. He is honest and has helped me troubleshoot over the phone multiple times when he could have easily charged me to come see what was wrong. The first time was over the winter when there was a puddle of ice forming in the back of my freezer. Since my freezer is in the garage, Nate suggested that it was getting too cold and the drain pipe was freezing, and he recommended that I allow it to defrost to see if it resolves itself, and it did!! Like I said, he could have easily tried to charge me to come out and tell me the same thing. That is what you call integrity. Again, I wouldn’t ever use anyone else’s services.

Needed service on my commercial freezer, called around and touchstone replied they would be able to make it in later that night if the current job was completed in enough time. Nate arrived around 7 and the job was completed within 25 minutes. He had to replace a contactor and also showed me the contactor he removed to inform me of the issue. The quality of work is unmatched and outweighed only by his efficiency. We look forward to having Nate return to service our Ice machine.
