    In Customer Service there are things we (as the customers) always want. Quick, Reliable, and all at a reasonable price. Total Air Control is all that. Same Day appointment, affordable price, and the technician is smart and straight forward. Thanks for the great service Total Air Control!

    Great service, timely, and thorough! We were especially pleased today when he was able to make a quick stop by as a courtesy and fixed our furnace. Very professional, kind, and respectful. Will definitely use his services again!!

    Terrible experience! The guy who showed up was shakey like he was on something. Told us two different diagnoses it COULD have been and then Reported something different to our warranty company. (Which denied our claim) We paid extra out of pocket to get a second opinion. The new company that came out was friendly and professional and had the issue (which were none that Total Air Control had previously stated, to include the reason he gave the warranty company) Crooks!

    EDIT: The owner who is now speaking about my “dirty home” is also texting and calling me bribing me to take down my review.

    Amazing service! After action has came and told me I needed a new furnace I called total air control for a second opinion. The owner himself came and told me my circuit board was all that needed replaced and did it in a hour. They are very knowledgeable and fast

    Update may 29, 2021. We use them for our ac needs. Seriously such a great company and visible in what they will charge.

    Do you want an honest technician? Someone that wont jerk you around and will give you honest answers? This company is honest and takes care of their customers. This is so refreshing. If you see this and are looking for ac repair. Dont go anywhere else. Go with this company.

    Jaxon puts customer interests first. I called him about a broken thermostat. I described the problem to him and he told me how to easily fix the problem myself, saving me a service call. He's great!

    I wish we could give this guy more than five stars. He helped us out by fixing our burned up A.C. fan motor after we were told that we needed an all new unit! This man saved us hundreds if not thousands. I cannot emphasize how honest this guy was with us. He walked us through the process of having a great running heating and cooling system. He made us feel like family rather than just another customer or just another dollar like some of the other quotes we had. He'll take the time to explain what he is doing and he works fast. This guy earned a customer for life.

    We have been so disappointed in their service. We went through our home warranty company to fix our air conditioning unit on June 15th. They added coolant and told us that would fix the problem. We told them that we know it needed coolant but that we thought there was an issue with the coils above our furnace and asked the technician to take a look. He refused saying it wasn't a coil issue. We would have insisted but he told us that we had 30 days and if it didn't take care of the problem he would come back at no additional charge. We started having issues again exactly 2 weeks later on June 29th. We contacted our home warranty company and were told they would call us Friday. We ended up leaving a message with them on Friday as well but didn't hear back from them until Monday the 3rd at 11. Jenny proceeded to magically be able to diagnose it over the phone and told us it was a completely different issue than we had the first time so they would be charging us again. I tried to explain to her that the technician never looked at the coils the first time even after we requested he do so. She was very rude and kept talking over both me and my husband when we tried to explain what was happening. The technician charged us extra the first visit explaining the additional charge was for the extra coolant even though he spilled the coolant all over our unit and now they are trying to charge us again before anyone has even come to see what the problem actually is. I wouldn't trust them or hold them to their word. They have proven to be crooks and liars.
    Update..From their reply as you all can read, I am glad they atleast admitted that they did not fix it correctly the first time. And yes they did offer to come back and look at it but told us there would be another charge. I've read through their reviews and just feel like their responses are full of empty excuses instead of addressing the real problem.

    So glad someone referred us to Jaxson.
    Our AC was not cooling and it got up to 88 in the house.i have 3 little kids it was just to hot in the house unbearable.so we called someone from a nother company and he said we will be here between 4 and 6 but never showed up he new that I have kids in the house and that it just gets to hot but I guess he didn't care. so we decided to give Jaxson a call at 6 30 and I mean if course he still had a lot of customers to take care of but told us he will be here first thing in the morning and so he did a little after 7 he was here. He figured out the problem and fixed it fast. He also took.the time to explain how to run the AC to save money.i can tell you the best deal we could of gotten for sure.this is one awesome guy I will only use him from now on and refer everyone that has a probably with AC or heating to him. Thanks so much for helping out that fast.

    It's great to work with an honest professional. I thought I needed a new blower. It was just a loose wire. He could have taken advantage of my ignorance. Instead, he was honest and created a loyal customer for life. I highly recommend!
