Just great overall service. On time, extremely knowledgeable professional and quick to help. Fair and upfront prices. Took their time installing the right way with care ensuring everything worked. Made it all happen in a day and didn’t leave until they knew it was to the highest of standards. Hard to find help like this these days but I struck gold when I was recommended to give them a call and I highly recommend anyone else needing help to go through them as well.

I called total air control to get a second opinion on my AC and was instructed how to fix the problem myself for $40. Much less than the $380 from another company. Thanks for saving me from a hot house. 🥵

Jackson is not the stand up guy he would claim. He stood my mom up on a time he scheduled a repair, and then bent the fan on her condenser. He also claimed the whole condenser needed to be moved which after getting a second opinion it did not. He offered to fix the fan but that we would have to pay for one through him. It is my opinion that this was all in an attempt to get the warranty company to have to pay him more. We checked with another HVAC company who came and looked at the job who all said nothing needed to be moved. We are going through the motions of filing with the BBB. Please do not use this company if you prefer honest, reliable service. He treated my mom very poorly.

They came to fix some things on our furnace, he serviced the whole furnace for us while he was at it. He was very knowledgeable and even though it sounded like they had a lot of work for the day he spent time explaining to me exactly what was wrong with my furnace. The prices seemed really fair. I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you have furnace needs!

We made contact with Total Air Control around 8:00 AM after a very long cold January night. By around 9:00 the service person, Jaxon, had arrived, diagnosed the problem and completed the repair. He was courteous, efficient, and very professional.

Man, I don't even know where to start. Jaxon is a class act! He first called me and asked if it would be ok to come 20 minutes before my appointment. Told me that this would be an easy fix and was done in 15 minutes tops. He showed me a few tips on how to keep my AC clean and running efficient and being a first time homeowner he answered all of my questions that I had. I will definitely be recommending Jaxon and Total Air Control to all of my friends, family and co-workers. Once fall comes around, I'll be requesting my warranty company that I want TAC! Great experience with Jackson! After being quoted at $762 by a big name company to do (what I later realized was just) a simple repair, Jackson came and made the repair for a fraction of the cost. Very honest and open! I highly recommend.

Had some furnace problems in the middle of winter, Jackson was able to run out and fix our problem in less than 24 hours notice. You cannot get any better than that! Strongly suggest Total Air Control for all your HVAC needs.

He arrived on time to give our furnace a yearly checkup. He was very thorough and schooled us on what type of a filter to use and how to place it and how often. He tested everything and explained what he was doing. We will be calling him in the spring to service our air conditioner.
