Total Air Control

Was totally impressed with Total Air Control. Jaxson was on time and did a wonderful job. He looked at my furnace and he tuned up my air conditioner. He showed me things on both units I wasn't aware of, and he answered all my questions thoroughly. He is very friendly and personable and I definitely would do business with him again. It's difficult these days to find a company you can truly trust. And I definitely trust Jaxson. Thank you for putting a smile on my face.

I first called Superior Water and Air and the technician gave me a quote to replace our furnace blower motor. I felt like their price was outrageous so I called Jaxon at Total Air Control and he came out within 3 hours and had it replaced and running for 1/4th the cost. I would recommend Total Air Control to anyone who wants professional service without being ripped off by the big name companies.

Jaxon with Total Air Control is a lifesaver! He was right on time for the appointment and was able to diagnose the leak in our AC system and get us back up and running in no time. He fit us in during a busy week because he knew we were sweating to death during a heat wave. He was very thorough in showing me the work done and explaining everything. The price was very reasonable too. Total Air is the best. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC repair!

Our AC unit went out and after we had one bid at a high price, a friend recommended Jaxon to us. He was able to get here within 30 minutes of calling him. He got our AC up and running in under and hour and at a third of what we were originally quoted. Very knowledgeable, professional, fast and fair. All the things you want when in this situation!

Called Total Air Control and they were able to get me quickly on the schedule for a furnace tune-up and inspection before the cold winter hits. Jaxon was prompt and very courteous, efficient, and answered all of the questions that I had for my furnace system. He tested carbon monoxide levels which weren't present in the home which put me at ease. Made me feel comfortable knowing that crucial parts were inspected, cleaned, and that my furnace should run well for my family for another cold season. Thank you!

Jaxon from Total Air Control is a total pro. I had a competitor come out to do a tune-up last year and he quoted me over $1,000 to replace a part on my furnace that was "failing". I declined, deciding instead to wait until it failed. When my furnace stopped working this week, I assumed that the time had come to have that part replaced. After looking at reviews for local repair companies, I selected Total Air Control, and Jackson showed up this afternoon. He informed me that my furnace is fine, but that the likely issue is an exhaust issue that I can fix myself (I'm relatively handy). He cleaned my thermo coupler and tuned up my furnace and it's working fine now.
I don't believe that the least expensive of two repair estimates is automatically the best option, but I appreciate it when someone doesn't go out of their way to find things to replace or charge me for. Total Air Control feels like a company that I can trust.

Total Air and the technician Jackson have done everything in their power to help us fix our furnace with our warranty company trying to deny the claim. They have been great through out this long process and through all the mis communications our warranty company has caused.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of services.

Overall great experience with Jaxon from the day he came to provide the initial assessment until he finished the job. We wanted clean, humidified air due to horrible allergies, to upgrade our 18-year old furnace, and get better, more efficient cooling. He recommended the complete opposite upgrade of what a major local HVAC company was trying to sell- an expensive product that wouldn’t meet our needs and enticing us with attractive rebates. Jaxon recommended mini-split systems in 2 upstairs bedrooms and would not to replace our 7 year-old air conditioner. Those things are mini-beasts, it’s only been 5 nights but I’m more than impressed with them so far, great investment and great cooling. We also went with a new furnace, humidifier, and REME Halo. I can already tell a difference in the home air quality with the higher humidity and purified air, the test will be next winter. Jaxon runs the show himself- from sales to install he does it all with a small team. Ours was a big project, so it took a bit longer than expected, but he was always prompt, responding to all calls/texts/emails quickly providing explanations and help on the work. I highly recommend Jaxon and would hire him again.

We have used Total Air Control for work on our AC unit and to do a tune up on our furnace. We have been impressed both times. Our technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. He even went above and beyond and fixed a pipe that was causing a squeaking noise every time our furnace ran. We would definitely call them again for our AC or furnace needs.

Jackson is very fair and friendly. He always gets right back to me when I have a problem, almost always the same day. When I made a dumb mistake and installed the door incorrectly on my furnace after I replaced the filter, he didn’t even charge me for the visit, yet he corrected the problem so my furnace was running again.
I recommend him 100%. A+++
