We've dealt with Jaxon of Total Air Control twice now. Once regarding our heating unit & once regarding our AC unit. He is quick to respond & communicates well. He's knowledgeable and is extremely quick & efficient, he's an HVAC ninja. He is so down to earth and informative. Would highly recommend.

Couldn't ask for anything more. Jaxon was responsive, arrived on time, and fixed my furnace quickly. He walked me through each step as he worked and even gave me tips on how to take care of my furnace (and AC), hopefully saving me from some headaches down the road. Will definitely reach out to him for future needs.

Another company told us our ac would need to be replaced and quoted 4K. The home is a rental and we are in Florida. I got a second estimate from Jackson. He got a new unit and after adjusting his schedule he drove all the way from nsl to S Jordan to do the install. When he got there he told us there was no reason to replace and fixed the unit. Integrity is in short supply these days and Jackson has it in spades. PS he answer the phone and all my questions and explained every step on the process. He also refused a tip from our renter. ( I took care of that )

Jaxon is nothing short of awesome! This guy has on multiple occasions come to the rescue when honestly he was booked for a week out for my family and friends! Does great work, and really knows how to trouble shoot. Would recommend Total Air and Jaxon to all.

I was told I needed a new furnace by another company. I called Total Air Control to see what they would charge to install a new furnace. Jaxon checked the furnace and said it did not need to be replaced. He cleaned the burners and adjusted it so it would run more efficient and for a very reasonable cost. I will never call anyone else for service again. Very honest company.

We had been suffering in heat waiting for our home warranty company to approve our claim, which they denied, and Jaxon was very helpful in helping us get funding to replace our AC system. He also helped us be educating us on how to properly care for a central air system (since we had never had one before.) We are very satisfied with the level of service that we received from TAC. Jackson was great! I had been without A/C for 6 days. He was on time and fixed my problem in less than 1/2 hour. It was so nice to have someone know what they are doing and get it done so quickly so I could return to work.

Awesome experience, he was very knowledgeable and helped resolve my issue quickly with my furnace. He also noticed an issue with my sump pump and gave me advice on how to fix it cheaply myself. Definitely would recommend! Will be using in the future when I replace my old furnace.

When my condensate pump started to leak down the side of my furnace I was dreading the call to a HVAC company. My previous experiences have been more like buying a used car, opposed to getting something fixed.

Jaxson arrived on time, showed me what the problem was and explained how easy it was to fix, and then fixed it. Then he checked the outside AC unit, cleaned it out and explained some other simple maintenance items that will help an old system (1997) perform better.
