    Jaxon was amazing! Our thermostat went out on the coldest night of the year. We called late and left a message. He called right back and scheduled it for first thing in the morning. Such great customer service!!!

    Honest Consumer

    He quoted me less than he charged me then said he couldn't fix the A/C. Then he added some extra charges to the bill. He charged me his labor and $40 to use a sniffer... Ridiculous! He also left a mess by our A/C unit, leaving the covers on the ground and a bunch of screws on the ground. I wish he would have told me he was going to tell the warranty company not to approve the change of the A/C. Instead telling me he would call Landmark Warranty and get the approval to come back next week. When my husband called to ask him about the work he had done that day, the technician got upset and hung up on my husband. Unprofessional. Then he kept texting my husband for 2 days asking if he could come and do the work anyways.

    Sadly I have to add more to this review...

    After the technician saw my post he called me and said he was going to charge me more for his last visit and put a lien on my house!
    I paid the first bill he gave me with no arguments... Why does he need to threaten and bully me? Because I didn't give him a perfect review... How rude of him to call and harass me for trying to tell the truth to other consumers about the practices of his business. My husband had to text him to request he not call or text us again.

    After looking at multiple customer reviews he has done this before. It is unprofessional to call someone and yell and argue with them over their consumer review... Sometimes people just don't get along. It's not a reason to call and yell at them.

    Jaxon did a thorough job servicing my furnace and plainly explained the issues he found. He even went the extra mile by making sure Dominion Energy was taking care of issues with my gas service. He cared about getting the job done right!

    Jackson was amazing. After having another company out this morning and them attempting to scam me, Jackson was direct. He showed me all his monitoring equipment and results. I will be conducting all my heating and AC business with them from now on.

    Very rude technician came with a chip on his shoulder. Snapped at my wife when she tried to show him to the filter he wanted to see ("It's not up there, it's in the basement" which it wasn't). Snapped at her that he was only here to look at one of our units and demanded that she turn on the system before storming outside. Snapped at me when I arrived about when I had last changed the filter (2 weeks ago, we moved in last month). Declared that no one had told him that there wasn't any air flow, and that he was told that it just wasn't cooling like we wanted. Barely looked at the outside fan, and didn't even open the attic to look at the affected unit. Declared that he couldn't work in these conditions and that he'd be back tomorrow. I protested that we had already been waiting several days and he snapped at me that we had another ac unit (which he have kept off since it doesn't cool the top level and cannot handle cooling the whole house). I told him that I wanted to get it fixed today, and he got very angry, told me that I was being rude, and that he wouldn't help me. Then he left. The scheduler showed commendable loyalty to the tech and told us that they would not work with us. They may be very good with repair, the customer service left much to be desired. In 16 years of home ownership, I have never had a contractor behave like this.

    I have worked in the Service Contract Industry for 15 years and Total Air Control is one of the best! Honest, Affordable and Dependable. I have had other HVAC contractors tell our service contract holders that they needed new furnaces at thousands of dollars more than Total Air Control. They are Equity Home Warranty's first choice!

    Wow, I am so impressed! So honest and fair, not too mention quick! As a single mom I am really wary of repairmen (once bitten twice shy) but Total Air Control just earned my business for life. I will recommend them to all my single and not single friends. So refreshing to see honesty and integrity like this. For example last year I was told I needed to replace my entire system at a cost of over $17,000 because it was "shot" by another company (All Star Heating / Cooling) I'm sure he was trying to take advantage of my situation... fast forward to this year...Total Air Control just fixed my entire problem today for less than $500 because all it needed was a new part! I guess it's easy to say who will be replacing my system in the future! Thank you so much Jaxon and Total Air Control, you Rock!

    My air conditioner basically exploded. It is/was completely dead. I called all over the place to reach this guy who had helped me twice before with my furnace and AC. When he showed up he simply said, "I remember you, you left me a bad review. Find someone else." Then he left. This was in the middle of July in Utah and I have a 4 month old son who still cannot properly regulate his own body temperature.

    Here's the thing. I never left a bad review. I still am not sure what he is talking about. He acted like a petulant child and drove off. Maybe there was a misunderstanding with the home warranty company. Maybe he just mistook me for someone else. I even texted him after he sped off, since he didn't give me any opportunity to speak, to make sure he knew that I was very willing to clear up the mistake if there was one. Regardless, I don't care how good he thinks he is at his job, that is a completely inappropriate and unprofessional way to act.

    If I had left a bad review (and then apparently just forgot about it), how arrogant would you have to be not to take that opportunity to regain the trust of a client?

    I would not recommend this business to anyone.

    I've had the opportunity to work with 2 other HVAC companies. ESCO and Friendly. Total Air Control by far gave me the most direct and consistent answers. I didn't feel like I was being upsold the entire time and was giving different options for my problem. I would recommend Jackson and his Company to anyone.
