I wouldn't give them a 2 on the review. The guy just came out looked on the roof and there was a half inch of snow dust and all he said was nope I'm not going up there. And the crazy part is that it's flat. So I offered to sweep it off for him and he still refused. I would not call this company to save my life. The guy was rude from the start. And would not work with us at all. While my family is cold in our house he jumped into his nice and warm car and just left.

This company saved us from unnecessarily buying a new furnace! Thank you so much! Fast, efficient and honest! I will call these guys for any HVAC needs I have in the future!

I can't imagine a better company. My heater was not working and it was freezing. I was amazed at how quickly they responded. I was fortunate enough to get Jackson to come out and he knew what was wrong right away. Even more amazing was that he had the parts needed to repair it and had it running perfectly the same day. It is working like a brand new heater and my house feels wonderful, warm and cozy again. Jackson was great in every possible way. I can't give this company anything less than a perfect A+ score.

Outstanding customer service from the office staff, manager and technicians! Heater went out in winter and they were dispatched and complete in no time at all. Just had the A/C replaced for the summer. Thank YEW to everyone there! If anyone needs HVAC, this is the company for you!!

So glad we found Total Air Control! Jackson installed a new heating/AC system for us a year and a half ago, when all other companies let us down. He shows up when we call him with an issue, like he did again today. He is professional, prompt and personable. I know we can count on him to get us back up and running as soon as realistically possible!

Our AC unit had been out since November of 2020. We had these guys send someone in December. They replaced our water heater as we thought that’s what they thought was causing the leak. It wasn’t. In March of 2021 they sent someone to replace the ac water pump. That also did not work. They came back again in June and “fixed” our piped that’s connected to the ac. But it was not fixed (as you can see below). They sent the same guy again in June 2 weeks later. He states that the leak was coming from the back of the ac unit. And that I had to call a “Sheet Metal Guy” to get my AC lifted as it was uneven, and causing the water to come out the back. As you can see from the pictures that is totally false. It had a little water damage in the back, but does not leak from the back. We had another company come, and the first thing the guy did was un screw the unit open, and he saw that the coil that is supposed to channel the water had been damaged, and needed to be replaced. If this man would have out in just 10% of that effort he could of found this problem. And for that your company gets 0 stars.

Total Air Control installed a replacement furnace, I couldnt be more pleased with the tech that diagnosed the issue with the furnace, the installers that performed the work, alone with the service & professionalism that was provided with the complete process of the furnace installation from beginning to end.

Incredible and prompt service! The technician was able to quickly assess the issue and give me quotes on potential fixes and costs. A part was required that needed to be ordered. He was able to get the part ordered and a followup appointment secured within 48 hours. Upon his return, he was able to get a new motor installed under an hour and my home has gone from unbearably hot and muggy to comfortable and temperate within an hour of him leaving. 10/10 do recommend!
