Changing out both the A/C and Furnace after 21 years was the best decision I could have made, and Absolute Air provided the quality products and the expert installation to go along with it. My gas and electric bills are way down due to the higher efficiency of the new system.

Because of that, I’m committed to do the yearly tune-ups as a way of keeping everything in tip-top shape. Today I had the good fortune of having Michael Wolf, a 30+ year HVAC veteran to do my yearly service, and to replace my furnace ultraviolet light. He helped me to understand the value of performing the yearly maintenance.

Taylor was great. He explained everything and did a great job looking at the system. The AC unit is 20 years old so the coolant couldn’t be replaced and would be costly. We ended up purchasing a new unit.

I had Erik a project manager come out and give me a quote for a new HVAC system. He was so profession and thorough in checking every part of the home including the attic, measuring my home, counting vents, windows, etc to make sure I got the correct system for my home. He was great at explaining the new system vs my old. He had his tablet with graphs based on my home and was fantastic.

The next day I had Wyatt and an assistant come out and remove my old system and install the new one in just under 5hrs. They were extremely profession, kind and thorough in explaining the new system to me. I’m extremely happy with my experience with Absolute Air
