Mike and Shay both came out to help us analyze the state of our current units, and give us honest and fair assessment between the costs and benefits of repairing vs replacing our AC and furnace. It was obvious they were not trying to ‘sell’ us on the more expensive option, but to simply educate us on our options. They were on-time, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They also quoted us a fair and reasonable price. Such a difference from previous experiences with other HVAC companies. Absolute Air is our new go-to company for future repairs, maintenance, and replacement systems.

I am blown away by the wonderful service we got from Absolute Air!! They were so quick to get back with me to schedule an appt, and then they were able to send a technician the same day! Dennis was AMAZING! He fixed our A/C unit, tuned both of A/C units up, checked on some extra things for us, and spent a ton of time educating us on how to upkeep our units, etc. He was patient, knowledgeable, and professional- we are so glad to have found him!!

We had our annual HVAC service. Our service technician was polite, efficient, and thorough. He was knowledgeable and able to solve our power surge issue whenever the AC would turn on. He recommended some additional items without pushing them on us - no pressure!
