Very good work as far as I could tell and arrived when stated. Can’t complain about the tech at all, he was great. Only issue I had was that I was presented with an invoice $156 above quoted price. I must have miss heard or something but will stick with my previous HVAC tech for half the price. Again, can’t complain about service received however.

Caleb from Absolute Air was very informative and helpful. He described what was happening inside our leaking water heater and detailed the options on what we can do. He also looked inside our old furnace and answered questions about it. And he fixed our jammed garbage disposal. Overall a very nice person and a great relief to my anxiety. I highly recommend. We were scheduled to have a tech come check out our AC but then needed to cancel the appointment. Our appointment was on a Saturday. We called several times, but couldn’t get ahold of anyone from the company, so the tech came. When we explained that we tried to cancel the appointment, he said that nobody was in the office on Saturdays so we couldn’t have canceled the appointment. We said we still needed to cancel it and the tech got mad, glared at us and slammed our front door so hard behind him that the walls shook. We heard him slam his van door too. Our little kiddos were there too. They were so confused by his anger. I was so glad that we canceled the appointment at that point. We won’t ever a support a business with such unprofessional hothead techs.
We felt bad that we had to cancel the appointment and did everything in our power to cancel it ahead of time. It was an unfortunate event, and handled very poorly by the tech. I wouldn’t recommend this business.

Very competitive price. Our furnace died on a Tuesday, got 4 estimates and Absolute had the best pricing. They were able to get our system installed and operational the next day, which was a life saver after a huge snowstorm and freezing temperatures.
