Eric from Absolute Air came out today to do some maintenance on our heating and air conditioning systems. He was very polite, wore shoe coverings and explained what he was doing and why. A repair was needed on the heating system and he was able to get the part and install it during the visit. I will use Absolute Air again for my heating and cooling system.

My AC quit putting out cold air last night and I was advised to shut it down until a tech could come out. I called Absolute this morning and they got Kregg out ASAP. Miraculously, when we turned the air back on it worked perfectly! I was impressed that Kregg did not try to up-sale me.

He showed me the readouts and said there’s plenty of life left. He tuned it up and made sure it was running well before he left. Very impressive…a good trustworthy company!

Absolute Air is my new go-to company for HVAC service. I had been using another local company for the past 10 years but after some poor experiences I ventured out to find another vendor and I could not be happier with my initial experience at Absolute Air. They have one of the lower service call fees in the area, they were prompt and very communicative about the arrival of the tech - even sending me a text with detailed information about the tech that would be arriving at my property. Overall it was an A+ experience and I will be using them for all of my future needs.

Eric showed up on time, with a great attitude, and went right to work. He made sure our equipment was operating efficiently, and then communicated the status of our equipment. This was great service!
