YES! Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, and Electric

Great experience!
I needed both a new furnace and AC system and didn’t know a lot about either. That being the case, and not wanting to just take the word of a single salesman I set up 4 different companies to come over, look at my house and system, and show me their options. The 4 companies were highly recommended on multiple rating platforms, Google, Yelp, the BBB, etc. Wow what an education.

Cutting to the chase, I ended up settling on Absolute Air not just because they had great deals but were very responsive to all my follow on questions after the initial consultation, they took the time to not just explain what they could do for me but the ins and outs of the various options. Mike Michaud, the sales-rep/project manager really applied himself to the process. It was like having an advocate for me and my needs during the process.

The install crew was also very good. They were quick and efficient, very knowledgeable, and made great adjustments to the installation around the unique arrangement of my basement without as much as a hiccup. It was clear they took pride in their work, wanting things done right, and were not out to cut corners. Being good natured and respectful was a bonus.

I would recommend these guys to friends and family, and will be working with them in the future.

They were so so nice and professional. They walked me through the different steps to take to get my furnace working as it was not looking well. Gave me great deals and weren’t pushy.

Adam was super professional I got a text with his picture and a short bio about him before he showed up so I knew who to expect. He was also very honest with me and didn't try and make me do things I really didn't need. Will for sure be calling this company again in the future.

Shay was professional and tried to identify the problem with our furnace shutting itself off after running for just a short while. He did identify an issue with condensation that wasn’t draining properly. However, both problems persist and we are still without heat.

I stopped at a Kiosk in Home Depot and gave them my number, BIG MISTAKE. They were relentless, called me every day, including Sunday. Their reviews are also biased upwards by using marketing companies to solicit only positive reviews. They are spending big on marketing. I don't know if they're work is any good, couldn't get past the marketing stampede. Save yourself, DO NOT GO TOWARDS THE KIOSK. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR NUMBER!

Wanted to charge $800 for a $150 part, easy to install. Not a good value.

Scheduling was easy and offered multiple ways to get in touch. Tech was professional and great at walking me through what he saw and potential issues, also ID’d an issue with the water heater even though it wasn’t in his scope.

This is such an excellent company and I think they are the BEST! This is my sixth tuneup with them and I will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone!👍👍 Avery was the service technician that came to my house today. He was very professional and personable. He did such a great job and he was very thorough on my furnace tuneup. When he was all done, he recommended a couple things that we will need to do in the near future, for our 23-year-old furnace, but he was not pushy. It’s so nice to work with such nice honest people who are very good at what they do.
