Jensen was AWESOME! He was prompt, highly knowledgeable, proactive in my service (meaning he checked things and updated things that I needed without me even having to ask), taught me more about how my system works and was totally an A++ technician and service personal. He represents his company exceptionally well. I appreciate highly his great work and effort on my home.

Avery showed up at the beginning of our time block which is always nice. He was extremely friendly and professional. He got right to work and explained everything he did. He gave me tips on maintaining our furnace and even gave a free filter. He also gave us a $25 gift card for next time.

These guys will do yearly maintenance on both your furnace and AC unit for under $100 per year which is incredible. Highly recommend!

Shopped around for a while had a few in person quotes and Absolute had more flexibility and was more efficient. I needed a full AC/Furnace installed and they stayed well within budget. I am also impressed with the warranties they offer. So happy we chose them.

We are so happy with the work that Michael Wolf did for us. He was extremely courteous and efficient. He was able to point out a few things we needed to add to our system and also offered us an air quality unit that would ad to our system. We updated everything he recommended. Our furnace broke on the coldest night of the year. That sucked. Absolute Air responded first thing in the morning. I know enough about furnaces to have kept our very old furnace working long past it's life expectancy, and to also know that Shay, the technician that came to our house, did everything possible to revive our furnace. It was dead. Because we knew it was old, my wife and I had already been looking into the cost to upgrade our current system. Absolute Air sold us a great system at an excellent price, and were there the next morning with everything we needed. They were fast, friendly, courteous, and mopped up when they were done (it had just snowed!). Very happy customer.

I scheduled Absolute for furnace/ac tune up. They were very professional in the scheduling process, sent me text reminders, and even a heads up 15 minutes before the tech arrived telling me his name and a little background on him. He was thorough, asked if I had any questions, reported in his findings without pressure of any kind. Would definitely recommend this company and this technician, Taylor.
