Colton was professional the minute he came in. He let me know what he was doing at all times. He was on time and did a great job. I would recommend and use this company again.

Tech came out and determined it was either the control board or low coolant. AC unit is still not working but they will return Tuesday to do more testing. Overall the tech was great.

AbsoluteAir/OyBoy (now YES!) have become my go-to company for all things HVAC. A couple years ago they replaced my old Furnace. They did a fabulous job and the financing options through Home Depot was a great perk (thanks Rex).

This time I had my (even older) AC replaced by them. Jensen did the initial AC check-up and it was the most thorough I've ever had done. Kassidy did the install and it was flawless. You can't go wrong with these guys. They're out to earn your business and get solid reviews so they do a fabulous job!

The technicians are great. They do good work, explain what they are doing, show you all the filters, etc., they replace, show and explain all the test/check points, and haul the trash away. Prices are reasonable, especially on the service plan.

My furnace stopped working so I called late in the day, and Absolute Air had Jensen Martinez here by 8:30 the next morning. They had installed it originally and it's such a good system that just powering it down and rebooting it was all that was needed. Even so, Jensen went thru the system and checked it all very thoroughly and replaced my filter. Also suggested cleaning my ducts. Very professional!

We had absolute come and install a Tankless water heater and a water Softener system in our home this week. We couldn't have asked for a more professional experience and plan to use them for other repairs and installs. Dennis was our installer and he was great to work with. There was a mix up between the quote and what was ordered but he made sure to immediately discuss it with the company and he made sure it got taken care of. They went above and beyond and could have easily not honored the original quote due to a mix up and error but they were honest and professional and got everything taken care of with no issues. Dennis was informative, professional and honest. He noticed the size of softener we had ordered wasn't the best size we should have for our household and he easily could have let it go but he didn't and that says a lot for the company as a whole. He went the extra mile and was the only one we have had come out that said it was possible to have our hot and cold softened just required a little effort and he did it. we didn't have to sacrifice what we hoped to have softened because of a little extra work. We would recommend this company to anyone looking and we have loved having the tankless water heater in our home.
