I worked with Oyboy and need a complete new unit! They were great with pricing and the speed of service was incredible! Colten and Gabe diagnosed it quickly, Dan was great with scheduling an install and quoting me, Tyrell and Tony were awesome install guys. If you guys need a new HVAC system these are the guys to call!

Colton and his apprentice were fantastic!! I was desperate to get my thermostat fixed before the cold hit and OyBoy came through. Both my experiences with the technicians have been great. They’re extremely respectful and courteous. They’re also thorough in checking everything before giving a quote as well as friendly! 10/10 Highly Recommend!

Jose was great at communicating what needed to be done. He wrote out 3 options of his recommendations with the price so I could clearly understand what I was choosing. He was not pushy and seemed honest about his diagnostic. I will use them again!

Jaxon and his partner did a great job installing my new AC. They cleaned up after they were done. Showed me the new systems operating instructions and thermostat set up. Very impressed. Jason, Colton and especially Gabe are awesome to work with.
While out of town Jason was able to communicate to Colton that a warranty visit was due to my address. Colton got Gabe to come an hour north of his last call to warranty service a sump pump drain tube that had melted. After hours Gabe made his way up to my location, diagnosed the situation got the needed supplies and got to work with no delay. Gabe was professional, courteous, and quick. He made quick work of the rerunning of the drain line with no lack of craftsmanship on the work. Young man has made a great impression and I can honestly say I am a lasting customer for the company. We started with a consultation via Lowe’s, and Jason came out to give us a quote. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and I truly felt like he listened to our needs. He provided multiple options for various budgets and wasn’t pushy. We decided to go with a two stage system and we are thrilled with the result! Merle & Zane did the install and were so kind, respectful and got the job done quick! I felt like they went above and beyond to make it a good experience and I am very happy we chose this company! Jose came out to help us after our AC up & quit. I called another company that couldn't come out for another week and Jose from OyBoy came out the next day! He was very professional and explained things clearly to me and made sure I understood the pricing. He even called and explained everything to our landlord! We replaced a "working" 17 year old contractor grade HVAC (R22) with 2 stage higher efficiency and much quieter furnace & AC. upgraded original ducting with a furnace base to provide both side & bottom air flow feed to improve flow, reduce air noise and reduce backpressure. upgraded inadequate original 1 inch filter to 4.5 inch media filter with UV light system to provide cleaner filtered air. installed smart thermostat compatible with current home information systems.

Installation was professional with attention to detail, prevention of floor & paint scratches and appropriate discussion about COVID status & prevention, all with timely completion
