Definitely 5 star! These guys did an amazing job. Called the office. Nate called me back and set up a time to come and look at the job. Gave me over recommendations. Talked through the process. He set up a time to meet with his crew of 4. We were doing 2 sump pumps. We walked the job together. They were all very involved and very professional. They ran into an issue with the original plan due to an unexpected issue with the thickness of the concrete so we came up with a new game plan that worked our well. They spent extra time with me during and after the job, on questions I had on a future bathroom and the plumbing that would be needed. Would recommend these guys. Great experience.

I ended up getting bids from three different plumbing companies for installation of a sump pump. Skyline Plumbing not only had the best bid, but they also did a very good job of presenting the different options, the pros and cons, and the different price points.

When it came time to installing, the installer was very professional. He did a good job of cleaning up messes that were made during the install, and he always wore the clean booties over his shoes when he was in the house, and took them off when he went outside of the house.

Installation was on time, and was also done quickly, but was done completely as well. I couldn't find any cut corners or reductions in quality.

Michael and his guys are amazing! We have had many problems over the years with plumbing and backed up stuff, and Skyline has always been fair and good in their pricing. I trust them not to try and sell me on stuff I don’t need. Last summer we had a Watermain break, going from our home out to the city line in the middle of our yard. Michael and Gus came over and listened and figured it out quickly. He had his team back and it was repaired within a few days! I am so grateful for their honesty, efficiency and kindness. Skyline Plumbing was quick to respond to any questions I had. He was extremely thorough and helped me understand more about my AC unit. He showed me photos of before and after so I could see what was done during the service. I would definitely use them again.

Skyline professionally and correctly diagnosed why our AC and Furnace weren't working. They replaced the transformer which remedied the problem. We had been told by another company that our control panel was "blown". Skyline tested it and said it was fine. Everything is working perfectly!

I had a central air conditioner installed by Skyline plumbing. The technician (Lane) did an excellent job on the installation. He even fixed a problem that was existing from another company. The job he did was very clean and complete. The unit works great and I saved money with Skyline plumbing. I will be sending all my needs as well as friends and family to Skyline.

Over Memorial day weekend our water heater went out, and they first came to service it immediately. By Tuesday morning, we had a brand new water water installed and operating. Great communication. Good service people. Thank you!

Skyline went above and beyond to replace our water heater. They:

-rearranged their schedule to make it so we could have hot water restored to our house ASAP
-were willing to do warranty work with the manufacturer so it saved us money and was less hassle (apparently other companies won’t do this, even if the parts are covered by warranty)
-followed-up and were very responsive/proactive; I didn’t have to call them back or wait a long time
-gave a detailed quote and charged the exact amount they quoted

They were the 3rd company I contacted and I wish I’d found them sooner! If you are wondering which company to use, go with Skyline

We own a couple of apartment complexes in Provo that are older, Skyline has come promptly and fixed the leaks before they became major problems, have cleaned up after themselves and done an excellent job! I would use them for any job, very nice people!
