OyBoy Heating and Cooling

I went through the quote process with 4 other companies before choosing OyBoy. Jason is great at what he does. Instead of asking my budget and selling me exactly that, he evaluated our home and needs and gave us the best system for what we needed at a price we could afford. His bids came in under everyone else with the name brand products. I don't feel oversold in anyway like I did with other companies. In fact, Jason was able to throw in a bunch of upgrades and still keep it affordable (electrical work, attic fan, humidifier). Ours was no small job since we needed a new furnace, new A/C, an entire electric box makeover and a conversion from a swamp cooler system. Jason's team did it all for us. The installers were TOP NOTCH. Merl is smart and a hard worker. He was in my home all day and again, did what was best for my home and not what was necessarily easiest for him to install. I really can't say enough about how much I enjoyed working with this crew. It was also great that they do contracts through Lowe's because it made financing the huge project really easy (and interest free with a new Lowe's card). I don't think we'll ever use anyone else for our heating and cooling needs. I highly recommend OyBoy.

I have used OyBoy for 2 years and I am never disappointed with the service and the professionalism, especially Jose. It was he who discovered a leak in the A/C that was preventing the house to cool down. So grateful for the time and energy Jose puts in to making sure both furnace and A/C works right.

We had them come out and install a Aprilaire 800 Steam whole house humidifier and relocate our thermostat. Jose, our technician, was on time and very professional. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process. Everything was set up to spec and is working perfectly.

I highly recommend using Ouboy to install a whole house humidifier in Utah. No more dry skin and sicknesses are easier to handle. Our house is now at 50% humidity in the middle of winter.

Jose came to do a diagnostic on our furnace and was really helpful in walking me through all of the problems, explaining possible solutions, and giving us multiple options on how to proceed. This is our second time using OyBoy and they've done a great job both times!

Brett and Tim came out to replace my HVAC system. They finished a 2 day project in 9 hours and did it with smiles on their faces. They were professional and efficient. Even though it was a ling job, they took the time to go over all of the equipment and answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend OyBoy and Brett and Tim!

Oyboy did an amazing job replacing our furnace and adding AC to our home. Jason worked with us and our budget so we could get the best quality for a good price. Skyler showed up on time for our install and communicated about the progress the whole time he was there. He was professional and got everything done exactly when and how he said he would. I upgraded my system (which previously consisted of just heating and A/C for the main floor) to a higher quality system that included the basement. The entire experience (including sales and installation) was very positive. The workmanship was great and Skyler, the installer did a great job of cleanup after he finished. Called OyBoy early in the morning and they sent someone to check the AC at 9:00 am. I had called other repair services but they were booked at least two days out. Jayden arrived a little before 9:00 am and within minutes diagnosed what the problem was. He did not have the part needed to fix the problem but said he would get it. About 30 minutes he came back and installed the part. Jayden was very professional and knew what he was doing. The cost was minimal and very reasonable. We were very thankful for their service and will use their service again should the need arise.
