Brett was Awesome came to my house for a mini split install and kicked butt made the copper lines look nice and straight clean looking.very clean appearance I would highly recommend Brett to any other job

Edward and John were very professional. They kept us informed of their arrival time and showed up as expected. They were very considerate and were very respectful of my house. They did an amazing job. I will definitely use their services again and tell my family and friends about them. Thank you Edward and John for all that you did in making sure my vents were clean and clear of dust.

I bought a new furnace and AC through OyBoy and scheduled semi-annual maintenance and tune-ups with them. At the beginning of this year, I scheduled an A/C tune-up for March 2022 and a heater tune-up for November 2022. I had to follow up in March because I didn’t receive a confirmation notice like other companies do when the appointment is approaching. When speaking with the phone agent, I got the impression that they would have been a no-show if I hadn’t called. It is now November and they were a no-show up for the appointment that was scheduled months in advance. Again, no notice or communication. I didn’t bother following up this time; I’m tired of this game. I scheduled a service appointment with another company.

Jose came and installed a brand new duct and vent into a bathroom. He had to be very particular about the cutting as the ceiling was already finished and painted. He did a great job.
The bid was reasonable and I didn't have to wait too long to get on the schedule.
I would Highly recommend OyBoy! I plan to use them in the future.

Not many things are worse than turning your AC on for the season and not have it blow cold air! Well, Sunday that happened to us and on Monday we found out we needed a whole new unit. We found OyBoy through Lowes and before I’d even left the store Jason called me to find out what was going on. He talked me through their options on the phone and had Dan put in less than 24 hours to help us through it all. Dan answered all my questions, talked me through their options, and was calming in a situation that could have been stressful. The best part was the very next day they were out here installing the new unit. Tim and Zane were respectful, quick with the instal, and made sure to give the dog loves along the way.

These guys messed up in the beginning but are working hard to make me a satisfied customer. Started out with a one star, now we are at three and quickly moving up.
These guys are very knowledgeable regarding the work they do. I’ve had them come in to fix another HVAC contractors problems.

I’m writing this review 1 week after installation day.

First, let me start with the estimate. The representative who came to provide me an estimate was prompt, professional, and polite. Matt asked the right questions to help me pick the best system for my home. Most importantly, to me… he didn’t talk down to me.
I’m not a generally handy person, but he talked to me in a manner that made me understand what we were discussing and fielded my questions easily.
On installation day things were handled just as well. A technician (corbin) came early to start removing my existing furnace. He laid down carpet protecting plastic and was efficient with his time. The installation was done in stages, with 5-6 technicians coming during the day. Without fail, the were polite, and welcomed questions. I had a new furnace and central air unit in one day thanks to the crew at OyBoy heating and cooling.
