Water heater went out within 3 days of dish washer and clothes washer. We couldn’t have been more frazzled. Thank goodness Troy with Any Hour Services was sent to save the day! Erik did a great job determining what was wrong with our A/C. He was quick, efficient, and considerate, and also did some unscheduled additional work we requested while he was there. Not only that, the additional fix he did wasn't working the next day and he came right back to see what was wrong -- it turned out it was our error, not his. Hats off to Erik!

Great service and amazing price! I was willing to wait a few days extra based on the price in comparison to other companies out there. Tyler J was the technician assigned to us and he was very thorough in his explanation and providing his services. Very honest guy working for an honest company. I was able to have them come out within a few hrs of calling. This may not be the situation every time for none emergency, but I was thankful. Tom M. came out at the time that was given to me ahead of time. He was super personable, knowledgeable, and informative of what he was doing. He seemed like a really good dude. Cleaned up after himself as well. Definitely would recommend him to everyone as well as any hour as well. For sure, have a customer for whatever issue I need them for in the future.

Curtis did a 5 star job for us. Our dog had chewed the electrical wires during a thunderstorm as she gets very nervous so no AC. He did it in a timely manner with no charges as he had recently do a tuneup.

We had our drain cleaned. Victor was very thorough about explaining things. He answered all my questions and made sure everything was working before he left. And he kept everything clean. I was grateful.

Skyler was very attentive and explained all of the issues my AC was having. He picked up the parts and returned to fix the device. He explained everything very well. My only issue was with the company - I did not receive any type of discount for a faulty UV bulb that was replaced.

We continue to use Any Hour because of their professionalism and quality work. Everyone we have met has been extremely knowledgeable and personable. The work is always top-notch. Gary did our estimate and was very helpful in answering all of my questions and explaining everything along the way. David and Todd did the water heater replacement and installation of a water pressure reducer. The install was done quickly and well, and they did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves.

Colton was AMAZING. He was so nice and so professional. He came to fix my AC and do a tune-up, which he did, and he noticed that one of my vent covers was hanging loose and he found a screw and fixed it for me without me even asking! It was simple, but I just hadn't gotten around to it (for months now..) he was so nice to my kiddos. He even showed me how to take care of the AC unit outside. He answered all my questions (there were a lot) and he even labeled my AC unit outside our complex so I knew which one was mine! Literally the nicest guy. I will never go anywhere else to get help! No matter who I talk to the customer service of Any Hour is top notch!

My upstairs tub was very clogged and I scheduled Any Hour to come out to clear the drain. They confirmed the appointment and gave me a few updates as to when the plumber would arrive. Tristan showed up on time, was very personable and professional, and then quickly diagnosed and addressed the issue. He was focused and made sure that everything was working great before finishing.
