Alec D was great! We had an unknown issue with some sewage smells in our basement and he had a diagnosis within the first 5 minutes of getting here. He was incredibly professional and courteous and walked us through all our options for repair and welcomed us to watch while he worked so that we could learn more. He was very detail oriented and thorough and also great to chat with!

Awesome experience with Any Hour, as usual. My technician, Bryan, was very helpful in explaining my air conditioner and suggesting possible services. He did an amazing job clearing the vines out of my air conditioner. I thought he would just clip the vines that were in the unit’s vents, but he actually cleared out a good space around the unit. I was impressed! He did a lot of other work for me and was pleasant and personable throughout the time he was here. 👍🙂

This company is the only one we use for home repairs - they have been our company for over five years. Today, we had an AC issue and James E. was awesome. He created a personalized experience. Mark T. was also part of the team. They were kind, explained everything before they began any work - they showed pictures and video of the unit. They were very thorough and got the job done quickly and were honest with each repair scenario. I would definitely use them again. Thanks James and Mark for making this a great experience :). I also appreciated the company’s text notifications of appointment confirmation and when the technicians would arrive!

I was extremely satisfied. Any Hour was able to get me in a day sooner than my scheduled time. Their technician, Alec arrived on time, quickly resolved the issue, tidied up the work area and was very careful taking the equipment in and out of our home.

2. They assit me to find an appointment time that works for me.

3. They keep me informed and text me to let me know of updates/arrival times.

4. They are courteous in person. (Brian was very thorough and respectful of our property.)

I would just like to say that Trent was very knowledgeable about my furnace and got it fixed promptly. Also very nice and polite.
Also, McKenzie was very helpful and asked everything the tech would need to know and kept me up to date on when he would arrive.

Obadiah was absolutely amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He gave us a lot of great advice and I hope we get him for all of our heating and air check ups! He is smart, funny and was very respectful and thorough, highly recommend!

Any hour services has great people working for them. Bryan was the technician that serviced our AC/Furnace Unit. Bryan was very knowledgeable he explained to us the pros and cons of our situation and how he thought his company would help our troubled unit. We were happy to know that there are companies out there that would do what it takes to provide service no matter what income level you are at. We were very pleased with how Bryan handled the service he provided. Any Hour will be our go to company when needed!! Thanks again Bryan you were outstanding!

My landlord called this business after reported an issue with the sewer line. Let's just say it was not what I wanted to see upon returning from a vacation! Their service technician Alec was knowledgeable, polite, and very respectful. After fixing the issue, he even cleaned the toilet and floor. AND tossed the towels in the laundry. I would highly recommend Any Hour Services and you will be lucky if your service person is Alec.
