I just have to say that Wes, was amazing!!! He was prompt, he was kind, he was courteous, and knowledgeable. He made everything understandable for my senior mother, and myself. It really was an awesome experience, from a plumbing expert. Who ever his boss is, they should give Wes a raise, he was great to talk to, and you could tell her knows, and loves his job. I would recommend him 10 outa 10!!!!! Best company, and best service member!!!!

Russell came and took care of our water heater. Got things done quickly. He told me all the options so my husband and I could make a decision. He did a great job!

Danny was awesome! Helped me address a few issues outside of our toilet, and fixed the issue we had. Also found out he’s a car guy! He’s a great dude! I Appreciate the help!

Always been very happy with Any Hour. Victor just came out to do a warranty repair. No charge, and he was the most helpful guy. So friendly. Definitely recommend Any Hour.

We had an issue with our solar system which Any Hour notified us about. Their technician, Colton, arrived quickly and removed the problem within minutes. He was courteous, customer oriented, and clearly explained the issue and the resolution. He was an excellent company ambassador.

Day after Christmas had a backed up sewer.
Called a few places with answering machines but no one said they were closed. After no calls back, I called Any Hour services and was able to get some out the same day. Very courteous, professional and helped me save my newly remodeled basement. Thank you James!!

Update- had them come back and do installation of sink, toilet and shower faucet. Looks great and works great!

The gentleman that came by was quite a true professional. He looked at the work and then discussed with me the best way to get it done. We had already looked at our paperwork from last July and we were excited to know that we optioned to get a full year warranty the last time this same problem was initially worked on. We were still covered by Any Hour's warranty but we weren't sure if Danny was going to ignore that and then recharged us for the same work and I was ready for that too but he never did and just by his honesty and declaring to us that we are still being covered on our warranty even without being asked was just fabulous to us and his being a masterful-asset to his company by doing a great job in addition to that made us very happy and we have now decided that from here on, we will just have to and we are going to beg Any Hour Services for their most amazing professional service any time we need to. I really did appreciate his efficiency and taking his time to do the job right and making it function like brand new is absolutely fantastic...

I’m working with the technicians at Any Hour, I have been impressed with their knowledge of plumbing, their access to very helpful diagnostic testing tools and their ability to solve problems and make needed repairs. I feel like they care about the landlord and her property and have been thorough in showing options for their services and also respectful of her choices.

The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that we did have some mix ups with scheduling. That said, they were quick to correct the issues when I called in.

Becki was awesome! She made sure that we understood what was happening and worked with our insurance to make sure we wouldn’t void any warranties. Our insurance wouldn’t cover her but she made sure to let us know what the other plumber needed to do when they got here. She was very personable and easy going. I highly recommend her.

I have used Any Hour for other services in the past. I wouldn't use any other company. Gabe and Josh came today, they were on time, very professional and nice young men. Cleaned up the mess, vacuumed and then helped me with the electronics to set the furnace up.
A huge thank you to all the team and as always a pleasure.
