We had a mixed experience with a new HVAC installation. Our unique experience resulted in experiencing both a high degree of professionalism from Any Hour, and frustrations with the condensing unit manufacturer. We would select Any Hour again, as the root causes were outside Any Hour's control. Any Hour’s expertise and commitment was strong.

FRUSTRATIONS
-Any Hour’s business model is understandably transactional, so there wasn’t a process for addressing repeating issues until Shawn O was assigned
-Electrical team was called in to diagnose the electrical system. This team was thorough, but attempted to upsell replacing newly-installed breakers and panel instead of keeping the attention on the HVAC unit
—Responsiveness from Goodman (the manufacturer) to Any Hour was untimely, inconsistent, and incomplete

What was the issue? The Goodman 2023 SEER2 rated condensing unit installed was tripping the breaker on the disconnect. These new units likely were not well tested in a rush to meet government mandates. After half a dozen calls and days of troubleshooting, Goodman eventually told Any Hour that a particular hard start capacitor was required for installation. Either Goodman’s documentation and operating limits were not accurate, or the unit is partially defective, as it exceeds hard start amperage.

My main line was leaking and needed to be replaced. I heard the advertisement on the radio to call Any Hour Services so I reached out to them to fix my problem. The process was thorough and they came through with everything they promised me. Logan, Uriel, Gavin, and Dan came to my home to fix my mainline. Logan is one of the best excavator operators I have ever seen, Uriel, Gavin and Dan worked so hard fixing my pipes, moving dirt, fixing valves as Logan dug the trench. Hardest working bunch of guys. Props to Tyrrell, Jesse and Clint for keeping their promise, being professional and treating me with respect. I recommend Any Hour Services , they do what they say they will do. Thank you for your professionalism, hard work and Honesty.

Scott Young did a fabulous job. He was patient. He got the work done fast and was good with his communication. I would recommend him and Anyhour for any of their services they provide.

us, is a great, professional, and friendly guy. He was able to diagnose our problem quickly and recommend solutions, and I really appreciated how willing he was to help us out even beyond the basics of the job we needed. AnyHour in general has been a good company to work with, as well.

So we recently had a new A/C Heat Pump system installed. There were some integration issues at the time, but Any Hour came out without complaint and without charge to fix them.

Fast forward to today - the system had worked marvelously for a few weeks, then stopped cooling. Robin W came out suspecting a leak in the system because of this behavior.

Within an hour, he had found the leak (A tiny little support valve not core to the main functionality, but still looped in) and fixed it!

Then he went through the entire system to validate it, and didn't leave until the house was comfortable.

Thank you for sending out your electrician Joe. Joe was very courteous. He introduced himself at the door and before walking into my house, he covered his shoes with shoe protectors. Joe went through the options for the electrical work and hanging a ceiling fan in the new addition we built on our house. We are very pleased with Joe's work and will call Any Hour Services for any other work we need done.

Update: Steve T came for our efficiency check and was amazing to work with. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was satisfied.

Troy J came out to my home this morning to unclog a bathtub drain. The price was great, and the work was fast! Troy was very friendly, and I felt comfortable having him in my home. Very satisfied with the experience we had with Troy.
