Tyrell showed up on time, was very professional and was able to diagnose the issues with my furnace/AC. He walked me through each issue and was able to show and explain each one. We came up with the best solution/resolution. I was headed out for vacation and they were able to squeeze me in at such a peak time of year. I really appreciated that. I will use them again for future projects.

My disposal wasn't working and, of course, when he showed up it started working on its own! But he still took time to fully check it out, give me advice and such. Then he checked my water softener and water pressure and taught me how to keep and eye on certain things. He asked me if there was anything else I wanted him to look at since he was already here. I was grateful he was so willing and didn't make it seem like I wasted his time.

bryce was awesome! he went above and beyond to make sure the repair was not only functional, but looked professional as well. bryce explained everything clearly. no issues at all. signed up for vip club based on what i saw.

Braden was so friendly and through. He made sure we understood everything he was doing and how our furnace was performing. He was professional in every aspect of the job. He went above and beyond by cleaning a little deeper than the job required to make sure our furnace would last as long as possible.

I just had Any Hour Services come to my house and replace our water heater expansion tank and add a water softener. They were professional, kind and very efficient. Chris came to our house the same day for a consultation and quote. Roberto M and Colin showed up the following day to install everything. I'm very pleased with and would highly recommend using them. I am so thankful they were able to get us hot water so quickly! Awesome job guys!

We had Brian J. come out for the furnace servicing and we couldn’t be happier with him. He was on time, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. What I also liked was that he was thorough, and not pushy at all. He laid out what we might need to watch out for but didn’t try hard to push anything that wasn’t needed. I’d have him back out in a heartbeat.

Scott was here and did an excellent job of installing three bathroom fans, a new power outlet box, repairing another, hanging a new lamp in a bedroom and wiring an outlet box in the front. A great young man with a lot of skill sets. We will be using him again shortly in the future. We are 100 percent happy with his work.

Nick arrived right on time. Flushed both water heaters. Part of their VIP inspections. He was very professional and personable. We are very happy with the service.

Very happy with the service. I could not shut off my outdoor spigot so I had water flowing into my yard. They sent a technician late Saturday night and Andrew Dean was awesome to work with. He was super knowledgeable, kind, and left my house extremely clean despite having to make some holes in the drywall. I think the job was much more difficult than he expected but he was kind and helpful and got it done. Very happy Andrew got sent our way I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Thanks!

The first praise I have to give Any Hour is about their communication. They were very consistent and clear regarding when their technician would be arriving, and when our technician Scott O arrived, he was very clear about expectations of his visit, very clear about the problems he found, and very clear about the best possible way to resolve them. With our specific situation, we came across additional issues with our unit as repairs had progressed. Instead of sticking us with lots of additional charges, Scott was generous with his time and talents and worked with us to determine the best possible solution. I am grateful for and amazed by the professionalism and dedication of Scott as he helped us figure out our A/C unit.
