Contacted "Any Hour" when my furnace started cycling over and over, which initially stemmed from snow covering the rooftop vent pipes and evolved into other issues. Any Hour had one of their service technicians Victor respond that same afternoon. Victor was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgable about the system. My Spanish is terrible but Victors is not, and he helped communicate the issue to HOA workers on the rooftop of our development. Victor checked our furnace thoroughly and put it through multiple cycles to ensure it was fully operational quickly and with minimal cost. Victor provided me with a great deal of information about the care and upkeep of my furnace that I was unaware of. I highly recommend Any Hour, and hope you're lucky enough to have Victor respond. When I called, the lady on the line was great, very friendly, and attentive to my problem, she quickly answered my questions and set up the appointment. Tristen, the person who showed up, was very professional and explained how everything would work and the charges, which was very surprising that no extra charges were added; I had a coupon, and they honored it. Tristen was very nice and respectful, and finished quit fast. I am actually already going to use them for my parents house. I recommend their work 100%.

Scott O, was quick to come diagnose our problem. His experience and knowledge is greatly appreciated. Our trouble with our air conditioner came during the hottest time of the year so far and my entire family was struggling to sleep and relax with the A/C going out. He got us to a comfortable level within hours. And came back the next day to bring us a temporary fix until the installation team can replace the old system. We are gratefull for Any Hour and Scott O specifically for their help resolving this issue.

Originally I had given them a bad review on google because I jumped the gun on my negative perception about a previous experience I had. Right away, Drew ( follow up on my review ) called me and asked if they could make things better? I explained that I wanted an honest answer, that I was out 500 dollars from the second HVAC guy ( another company ) They sent Mark R( at no cost and refunded my original fee) to take a look at my Furnace and see about getting it running again. He was super knowledgeable (20 plus years of working on Carriers) and troubleshooted each wire end of my motherboard. Turns out I had a blown fuse and loosened wires, plus a noisy inducer. He went above and beyond and fixed redid by wire harness, tightened my loose inducer. Also found out my doorbell was wired into my motherboard too. He was honest and told me I might need to look at getting a new furnace because mine was pushing 22 years. I will be buying a furnace as soon as I get a chance with nobody else other than Any Hour!!!!

Great experience with Mike and Eduardo. Mike and Eduardo were absolutely professional, respectful and always keeping my husband and I up to date on what was happening. Mike explained each step and why they were doing the job a certain way. We could tell that these guys were really concerned about our situation and trying to complete the job as fast as possible. Mike and Eduardo went above and beyond, they stayed really late to make sure we had water to use before they left to come back the next day. That was just above and beyond, something that was very appreciated. These men are hard workers and are people my husband and I trust.

Good communication about when they'd arrive and what they would do. Clear reiteration when they arrived of the job, what they were going to do, and the cost. Serviceman wore booties in the house the entire time. Did the work quickly and completely for the cost advertised. Very professional and a very nice guy! Would highly recommend! Cost cannot be beat.

I thought one of my water heaters had gone out. Turns out both were leaking! I decided to bite the bullet and install a whole-house tankless system with a recirculating pump. Scott was my plumber and I really appreciated his professionalism and great demeanor. He took the time to explain all the options to me. And I didn't feel pressured to go one way or the other. It was totally my decision. Scott did some preliminary work that afternoon and then he came back with a helper and finished the work by 3pm. Very neat, very clean. Even went above and beyond and carried down 240 pounds of water softener salt for my system! I was very pleased with the service. Would definitely recommend Any Hour Services-and Scott!!

Any Hour Services were great to work with. They kept us aware of when to expext their people. They took the time to put down barriers, protecting our carpets and other floors. The team who replaced the sewer line in the basement, Danny, Edgar, Hugo and Manny were hard working and friendly.

Victor, the tech, was amazing! Took the time to walk me through the process and explain everything. He was also straight forward the pricing right from the beginning. I was very pleased with my experience today
