I was impressed with Steve and his team for the following reasons.

1. He was quick to come out and bid a new furnace and A/C
2. His price was quite fair
3. He was NOT pushy, and he was good to answer ALL of my questions
4. He stuck to his bid even when problems arose on my end and he had to spend more time and effort getting it installed.
5. He removed my swamp cooler and hauled it away for free.

Overall it was a positive experience. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

Amazing service! Steve the owner contacted me immediately and dispatched a tech to our home within two hours of my original call. Our tech John was extremely knowledgeable and found the problem right away. The unit was restored in half an hour at a very reasonable price! I recommend John and Steve to anyone looking for a great company to work with.

After realizing my Central Air needed to be replaced due to neglect by the previous owners of my house, I had multiple contracts give a bid on the replacement. After a bid of $14000 I found American HVAC and got a bid from Steve for less than half that amount. I was impressed by Steve's responsiveness and knowledge. He installed a high efficiency furnace and ac as well as rebuilt the air return ducting into the furnace to provide a larger filter. I highly recommend American HVAC.

Steve and his crew were excellent to work with. This is the second house I've had them totally replace my furnace and AC. They work fast and pay a tremendous amount of attention to detail. Their pricing turned out to be extremely reasonable. I hope I don't have to replace a third house somewhere down the road, but if I do, I'll call them again.

Steve and his team did an outstanding job of addressing our heating and cooling needs. Part of our house was always too hot or too cold. Steve took the time to listen to our concerns and recommend a solution that fixed the problem. He personally made sure the job was done right. We are very happy with the results and feel that he gave us a fair price on the work that was done.

I live out of town and mother is in Utah and so when her a/c went out and the furnace needed to be replaced I did the research by phone. Steve was very informative and accommodating. It is hard to find an honest contractor you can trust to do work while you live out of town, especially for my aging mother. He works hard and provides competitive pricing and stands behind his work with quality products. I highly recommend Steve for all HVAC work. Give him a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Great Experience with American HVAC. I had a couple companies come out and give me estimates on replacing an AC that was dying. The cost of the replacement was holding me back from making a decision. I came across American HVAC online and decided to get one more estimate. The estimate came in less than both the others I had received for the same equipment. Steve came out to look at our home and go over the options. Steve seems to be an honest person and I felt comfortable working with him. On the day of installation he brought a few guys with him to do the work. All of the employees who worked on our system were friendly and I felt good having them in our home. They were careful to lay down plastic on our carpets and kept a clean work area.

I will use American HVAC again when my second AC needs replacement.

Steve and Manuel were polite, quick and straight to the point. I had 3 ducts installed in my basement I am currently finishing. Work was done quick and without anything fishy or BS. Steve charged a flat fee and held to that price. Offered additional advice and will call Steve for future needs. Great experience.

What more can i Say?? Steve was wonderful I called him and He answered he is the owner and I told him what i needed and what i have and he gave me a rough estimate over the phone. I was a little worried because his bid was so much less than anyone else and the equipment was so much better. York furnace and Air conditioners are the top of the line and he was quoting me top of the line York equipment. When he came out he actually dropped the price from his quote a little bit. He came right out installed both the furnace and the Air Conditioner and we are very pleased with the entire service!!!

I am blown away by Steve at American HVAC.
We woke up to no heat in the house. I called him before regular business hours (8am) he showed up at 9am! So fast! Had my furnace removed same day, installed next day. He even left me heaters to use overnight 👍. Very helpful, very nice, top notch service 🤠👌
