Steve is incredibly conscientious. He's got the entire process down to a science. That means our furnace and AC installation went even more smoothly than we could've hoped. Steve thinks of and prepares for everything. Because it's so well planned, the process is super fast and efficient. He communicates really clearly at every step. He knows his business and really has the customer's best interests in mind, so he will make sure you get exactly what you need -- no more, and no less; he's scrupulously honest, no up-selling whatsoever. Because he's doing the work himself, it's always done right and his prices are much less than other places. His other team members are just as respectful and hardworking as Steve. They always arrive on time, and they clean up everything so it looks better than it did before they came. I couldn't recommend American HVAC more highly.

We called Steve when we were finishing our basement and adding air conditioning. He and his team were knowledgeable and thorough and worked well through the obstacles our old home put in front of them. His prices were fair and the work was done on schedule. Steve has since been helpful whenever we have called with any issues and is great at getting back quickly. We are very happy with the service and work done and are going back to work with him again on our next home project.

When our air conditioner quit, I received estimates from four different companies. The sales people quoted packages with names like bronze or platinum out of a laminated price book. When I inquired about specific models, specifications, etc., they didn’t want to get into it. A couple of the companies seemed to drag out the sales call leaving me feeling like I’d been through a used car buying experience.

Steve’s approach was different. He took the time to answer my questions and backed his answers with real-world experience. Steve helped me research my options by providing specific details via email. Because of Steve, we chose his company (American HVAC) for both a new air conditioner and furnace. The fact that Steve's pricing was better was just icing on the cake.

Steve's crew was friendly and efficient and the installation was clean and professional. The equipment is working great and I feel really good about the whole experience. I highly recommend American HVAC!

We called this morning on a Sunday non the less and the service technician came out within an hour. I was shocked. He gave us great advice and even knocked down the service call fee since he did not do much other than tell us to thaw out our Air Conditioning system. He even said he would come back to check the system for free. I was thoroughly impressed.

For over two years now we have been very satisfied with our new furnace and A/C system installed by American HVAC. When our 23 year old furnace went out in December of 2015, we called several different HVAC companies to get quotes on a new installation. After receiving the quotes and reading their on-line reviews, we decided to go with Steve and his team at American HVAC. Even though it was a busy time of year for them, they were able to get our new furnace installed just before Christmas. We had the outside A/C compressor install a little later during the summer after I was able to finish pouring a new concrete pad on the side of the house to move it away from our back patio. This was a great decision and we are now more peacefully enjoy our back yard. Since our old system had a difficult time effectively heating and cooling our home during the winter and summer months, we decided to go with a little bigger system at a little higher price than what may have been absolutely necessary. This was another choice that we have not regretted. It has keep our home nice and warm in the winter and cold and chilly in the summer. We would definitely make the same choice again which says alot since it has now been install for over two years. Steve has been great to work with and is very quick in his response to our service requests. Thanks for the great system and service.

Steve and his team were awesome to work with. Not only did he check what I asked him to check, but he gave me some great recommendations for improving other aspects of my HVAC system. He was polite, knowledgeable, puntual, and friendly and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and fair opinion as well as professional service on their HVAC system.

I was expecting a quick and easy repair job on my AC. When John examined the system he detected both electrical and plumbing issues. After consulting with Steve, he explained the circumstances to me and I chose to repair what could be repaired and replace the rest. It was a BIG job! They were both friendly and professional as they worked and kept me in the loop. I was very impressed with their skill level and commitment to doing the job well. I am extremely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend American HVAC to anyone!

Steve and his crew arrived on time, returned calls and e-mails promptly and stayed true to the price quote even though this is an old house and there were some hiccups in the process. We had both furnace and AC installed and the furnace works great so far. The AC has not been used yet but I have no doubt that if there are any issues whatsoever, I can call Steve and he'll respond quickly and make it right. I am very happy with his service!

When our air conditioner stopped blowing cold air, I ended up calling Steve because of the numerous positive reviews I saw for him. He did not disappoint. Not only did he come back to make sure that our problem was fixed, but he did so in a timely manner, most likely on his day off. His communication was impeccable as well as his professionalism. Steve was super speedy, efficient, knowledgeable and FANTASTICALLY PRICED! I'm not joking when I say he saved me over 5K by having him install a brand new 95% efficiency furnace and central air conditioning system on my home rehab!
In fact, I was so happy with his service I had him come and check another home of mine and he got that job done within 24 hours....
