Steve and American HVAC performed a large job for us and have been extremely professional, courteous, and informative. We replaced our furnace and ac unit on the main floor, as well as installed a second completely independent furnace and air flow system for our basement.

We spoke with a few HVAC companies when quoting this job. American HVAC had the best price and made sure we understood the scope of the job and what we were getting for our house. We wanted the best equipment available that fit our house size and climate, and Steve helped us figure that out!

The Install went extremely smooth, and the whole time Steve has kept us up to date. He made sure we understood what was happening when it was happening.

Honestly, the best HVAC experience I have had and I couldn't recommend them more. We got a lot of amazing equipment at a fair price and installed professionally.

Steve was awesome - super responsive and quick, and he had great ideas about what to do to fix my problem. I had a furnace vent pipe going up from the basement through the ground floor and attic, running through an old brick chimney that I wanted to remove. So Steve rerouted the vent pipe to go up through a different place in the house, allowing me to remove the unwanted brick chimney. Steve did the work quickly at a high level of quality and for a good price. Now he is my go-to HVAC person!

I was so impressed with Steve and his company. He came and gave us quotes that were much lower than the other company we received quotes from - one quote was close to $1500 less and the other was less than half the price of the other company! Steve was easy to communicate with. When he came to replace our furnace he worked quickly and got the job done much faster than anticipated. He filed our extended warranty for us. We appreciate his great customer service and will definitely use him again in the future. We highly recommend him and his company.

Steve offered us several great options and was honest and straightforward. He came as scheduled. He protected our wood floors with tarps and cleaned up everything after with no mess. I would recommend him and American HVAC for great value and great service at a fair price.

Steve and his crew are Awesome! Here is 4 reason why I would recommend American HVAC to anyone and why you should use them. 1) They have the best prices around. I called multiple people for a new ac and they were by far the best price. 2) Steve is know for answering his phone and he really does! He is super responsive and has great communication throughout the whole project. This is pretty rare with most contractors. 3) They do quality work and get it done promptly. 4) Last of all they are flexible and they were able to easily handle any extra requests that I threw at them. Give them a call they wont disappoint!

I began interviewing HAVC contacts last year (2019). Spoke with all the popular companies you hear on the radio and receive mail from. . I had spoken with Steve several times and he was a straight shooter with lots of information without the "salesman lingo" other HVAC companies seemed to share. His pricing as easy to understand. In comparing bids, his bid was not the lowest, certainly nowhere near the highest (good grief some companies where outrageous) but seemed to be the best value for quality of equipment supplied and and service. I had a sense "this guy knows what he's talking about". That said, we went with Steve. We ended up replacing both furnaces and our AC unit (25yrs old).. He was very meticulous with his explanation of what to expect during the installation and provided a detailed schedule as to when they'd start and complete the project. They cleaned up everyday. Where always willing to answer any questions we had. A very pleasant experience to say the least. The system runs great! its a huge improvement from our previous systems. I cannot recommend Steve enough!

This company has wonderful customer service! When my furnace was not working I called American HVAC. Steve, the owner, came right over to take a look at it. My furnace was old and needed to be replaced. Steve was great to work with every step of the way. He went through different options with me and explained which one would be the best for the size of home I had. American HVAC has great communication with their customers. They were there when they said they would be and installed the new system in a very timely manner. Steve and his team did a great job installing the new furnace and air conditioner and the price was good too. I am really happy with American HVAC and their wonderful service. I would definitely use them again.

We called on a Saturday night and were able to get our new AC and furnace in by Wednesday before noon. Everything was super fast and over $1000 cheaper than any other quote we received. We still received great quality service and products. Steve was always on time and responsive. Very happy with what we got and would highly recommend.

I contacted American primarily due to all the good reviews I saw, I'm glad I did! We had some other companies come in and give us quotes for a furnace and AC that both needed to replace and he came in much cheaper. The quality of the installation was top notch and the installers were very friendly and professional. I appreciated how Steve did a walk through of the house before the install to determine the best plan to get everything in so walls/furniture didn't get banged up. I also appreciate how the installers took a decent amount of time for clean-up and how knowledgeable they were with the different components of the installation/unit. We didn't have to do much after the install other than move some furniture back into place.

My family and I are happy we decided to go with Steve after having quotes with 3 other companies. He didn't try to sell us everything he could, he was honest, hard working, and did a great job. We had him install an AC and Furnace, and when we had a small issue with the furnace not firing up on a Sunday morning he came over immediately to fix it, so that my family could be comfortable.
