Jose was awesome! He was quick, professional, and answered. All of my questions. Even after he left I text him a few more questions and he quickly responded. I’ll for sure reach out to them when I inevitably have to replace my AC and furnace

Jaxson, James and Jose we’re all fantastic! They did a great job today.they were on time very professional,very friendly and patient with me explained everything to me from how to work everything and how to better take care of my systems! great bunch of guys,even cleaned up their mess and my mess!

Our A/C stopped working Monday morning. OYBOY Heating and Cooling had our A/C working better than it did before by Tuesday morning. Jose was our technician, and he was excellent! He was prompt, articulate, knowledgeable, personable and professional. Jose easily answered all my questions and concerns I could come up with. Would I recommend OBOY for some random people online? Sure. Am I going to refer OBOY and Jose to my close family and friends? Absofrickenlutely!!!

Professionals were on time and tune ups were thorough. A slight repair was identified during the tune up. I wAs disappointed to hear that the repair was quoted at $890. I immediately googled average pricing for this repair and found that the average cost was under $500. Because I was being quoted at double this rate, I asked multiple times about the cost and even referenced my google search. Jose assured me that the part was $700. We scheduled a return visit for this morning. In the meantime, I contacted a friend who's husband also does furnace work. He repaired the furnace for no cost. The replacement part, should it be necessary, is $230. A far cry from the $890 that I was quoted from OyBoy. I won't be calling them again for a tune up or anything else. While their professionals are timely and thorough with tuneups, I didn't appreciate the "rip-off" quote right before Christmas.

As a follow up to my original review, the owner of OyBoy Heating and Cooling reached out to me. He was very concerned about the mis-quote for the repair. He wants his business to be known as fair and honest. I appreciate his efforts to make the situation right.

I was on vacation for a week. When I came back my AC unit wasn't working. Got home 4th of July at 9pm (a sunday) the house wasn't cooling it was sitting at 94 plus degrees in the house. I called around the next day and I was being scheduled for later that week or month.

I called these guys at 8am and they got here at around 10:45 am the same day! Got it fixed by 11:20am. That's what I call service and got a good price for the fix. 10/10 would recommend.

Was by far the best home service of any sort I have ever had. Jaxon,James,and Jaiden was on time very proficient clean and knowledgeable. Would never want anyone else in my house again to deal with any of my heating and cooling needs. Thank you guys THE BEST

This is a truly Professional veteran owned company that went out of their way to take care of all my needs. As a active duty Air Force member who lives out of state they responded quickly to an AC issue I was having in a rental home. They made my experience stress free and I would highly recommend this company.

I met with Jose today and was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He diagnosed the problem and documented it with pictures of my system requirements and then explained the most conservative options for fixing it. Then when I asked about less conservative options he was equally helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured or rushed into a decision.

This company is absolutely great.
We had some questions about billing but they quickly addressed our concern and left us feeling that the price was fair. Matt has been very professional and helpful in the process.

Mr. Ixtlahuac was wonderful!! He was so professional and kind. Full of the education we needed to care for our furnace, AC, and humidifier. He was very thorough. Would recommend to anyone. Will use them again in the future!
