OyBoy Heating and Cooling

We became familiar with Oyboys on a visit to Lowe’s hardware. Jose and Jake performed maintenance on our heating system. They were polite and professional and thorough. When the work was done, they sat down with us and went through all the checkpoints of their work. They made some suggestions on one issue that we might want to address in the future, but this was not an upsell.
Loved the work they did and will probably have them back again in the near future when we have to replace our furnace.

We are very pleased in working with the company via phone and with the workers who gave come into our home. They're always very professional; they're open to whatever questions we have and happy to explain things in detail.
They are clean cut and kind; I always feel comfortable having them in our home.

I really appreciate how quickly OyBoy were able to get me on their schedule. We are selling the home where the furnace was serviced. Channing Blanco was very personable and respectful. He explained everything that he was going to be doing and let me know the condition of the furnace and did a great job. I would recommend their services. I would use them again.

We had Oyboy install a humidifier and air purifier in our home. After nightmares dealing with 3 different HVAC companies this year while finishing our basement and splitting our HVAC system, working with these guys was a breath of fresh air (pun intended)! They were professional and very very quick to respond to my numerous inquiries. I spoke with Jason about the services required and within 24-48 hours we were scheduled for the first visit where he reviewed our system. Two days after that we are installed! The installation was exceptional by Channing and he was very courteous and answered all of my questions. We also had him look at a sink that wasn’t draining well, which we were told by other plumbers was due to a poor installation with an “s” trap, but he was able to fix it and did so honestly without trying to sell/perform more labor than necessary. Very highly recommend these guys! We are likely to become lifelong customers!

This is the second home I’ve used OyBoy for to replace my furnace and AC. The first home was a pretty basic system, and the second was a high efficiency unit. The team at OyBoy shows up every time on time, and trust me, I’ve had a lot of contractors no-show on me or have multiple delays. These guys are punctual, deliver on their estimates, and seem to be the fairest prices Heating company I’ve found. I’d gladly give OyBoy my future business and also my highest recommendation. Great company.

They have also done all they can to make me feel happy and that I have not been taken advantage of. Thank you

I solicited the services of OyBoy through Lowes. I wanted service /maintenance for my furnace. I knew it needed maintenance and cleaning but I didn't want to do it myself.
The technician who came out really DID NOT DO ANYTHING as far as maintenance/tune up/cleaning, NOTHING. He didn't even change the filter, the easiest job of all.
What he did do was supposedly find a crack in the heat exchanger which he used to threaten to condemn our furnace (Scare tactics) to convince us that we needed expensive repairs. I wasn't home, my wife was there. When I came home, with a simple wooden dowel as a probe I inspected the supposed "crack" myself. I found that it was just a dirt smudge that would have been revealed easily if the technician had just cleaned things as he was hired to do.
I demand a refund of my maintenance fee. This is just bad business.

Jose was a great technician and so thoughtful! He asked me about problems that I have been having and offered me solutions that I had no idea existed! He gave me pricing and talked about instillation and was a very kind and upbeat individual. Will definitely work with this company again!

Very professional! These guys take the time to explain what you need and why. We had a steam humidifier and air scrubber installed. The house is so much more comfortable. I have a child with asthma and she already notices a difference. Quality of the work and the equipment is top notch. Highly recommended even if you just have questions they have the answers.

From the time the annual maintenance was done and I found there were problems with my old furnace (thanks to a great tech and his explanations), to going through the system and getting an estimate from Aaron, to having Jaxon and Javier install a new Lennox furnace & air conditioner I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the price. OyBoy exceeded my expectations every step of the way and I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs. Great people, quality craftsmanship, fair prices, great warranty, and follow up. Definitely a "10"!!

Jose came to do a furnace tune-up. He was very professional and efficient. Jose was somebody that I could trust in his assessment of the furnace unit. He stated it was an older model but was still in perfect condition. I appreciated the honesty and will be having Oyboy stop by in the spring for an A/C tune-up.
