OyBoy Heating and Cooling

I have been an OyBoy customer for almost two years now and they continue to be awesome! Aaron, Jackson, James and Marcial are professional, down to earth and very amenable to what I was looking for. They helped me plan and upgrade my new system and came out a year later to move the condenser once I was ready for the new deck. They took their time to completed the work with quality fit and finish. They help out military and veterans, both employees and customers. All in all a great company to work with!

Jackson, James, and Tim were on time, professional, and worked continuously as a team to install my new AC, furnace, and 3 mini-splits over a day and a half. Outside and inside units, cables, etc all look neat and clean. Jackson clearly and patiently explained operation and owner maintenance. Aaron also did great job explaining the units and their capabilities prior to purchase. Feel like got a good deal and now own capable equipment for all seasons.

Aaron came out and gave us a good quote. He was honest about the products, their limitations and the limitations of our houses current system. He did try to upsell us. Made sure we were getting a system that was appropriate for us. Jaxon and James came to install a few days later and did a wonderful job. They were open about there work, dealt wit hour questions and were respectful of us, our home, and our work. They worked around us as we work from home. Answered all our questions, did a through and clean job, and went above and beyond to give us the work we wanted. Overall happy experience, would recommend.

Amazing experiences with OyBoy Hearing and Cooling! Our AC went out this hot week. We reached out to them at 9 pm and they returned our call that night. Their customer service and service have been outstanding. They have 335 reviews and a 5-star rating. That’s nearly impossible to achieve. From our first call with Jason, to our salesman Dan, to Jaxson the installer-if we could rate them a 10 star, we seriously would. They are incredible. They have strong ties to our community. We highly recommend.

Oyboy was able to get us on the schedule for the next business day. Jose came out to diagnose why our AC was no longer working. He was very professional and helpful. He explained everything in a way we could understand and was able to complete the repairs we requested same day. Grateful for quick and professional service during hot summer days!

Gavin and Ethan are the epitome of professionalism. I had a hard time finding a contractor to come out in a timely manner when my old A/C unit failed in record heat. With 4 children it was a real struggle to keep everyone comfortable. With cheap box fans and spray mister bottles, it's what we had at the time to try and beat the heat.
I then went to Lowe's and OyBoy were the contractors who contacted me quickly to evaluate the situation. Gavin did a very thorough inspection and walked me through the whole process. He spotted a leak that was never previously found which caused the compressor on my A/C to fail. He also really helped us out by loaning us some window A/C units until my A/C system in the house was replaced. The options he gave were very clear, concise and easy to understand which allowed me to make an informed decision moving forward. He was able to quickly set up the soonest installation date.
Ethan arrived at the soonest availability to install the new system. His work was very efficient and clean as he laid down a barrier throughout the house, so our carpets did not get dirty. I don't even think he ever took a break. I was very impressed by his professionalism and quality of work. Excellent work ethic with excellent results. Upon inspection of his work, everything was very neat and tidy as he walked me through the work that was performed (noting some very useful information about what to look for in the future) and how to set up my new EcoBee Smart Thermostat after he installed it.
I'm so happy with my new A/C and furnace system. The whole process from cradle to grave speaks volumes of this company and their dedication to outstanding customer service. I will be going through OyBoy for all future HVAC-related services. It's small businesses like this that restore my faith in finding an all-around exceptionally good and honest hardworking company.

The technicians Jaxon and James were prompt, friendly and willing to explain the work needed. AC they were working they came to me to discuss some options in vent placement. The quality of work they performed was outstanding and I highly recommend them.

John & his assistant arrived on time & told me how they would do the furnace & AC checks.
They discovered a error reading on the furnace & investigated further. Got the reading back to normal. Helped us understand what was potentially harming the operation of the furnace & if left uncorrected could blow the furnace motor. Oy Boy also inspected the AC the company installed last Sept. All went well there.

Just had the main HVAC replaced, both furnace and A/C. Also had a ductless mini-split installed for the master bedroom. Jackson and his crew did an excellent job with the installation, took great care with our home, and did a great job cleaning up after the install. Jackson took the time to fully explain both systems, operation of the new controls and thermostat, and make sure we had all of our questions answered. Very professional and courteous communication with Jackson and the members of his crew. Highly recommend OyBoy HVAC.

We had our furnace go out after hours, and sent in a request for someone to give us a call back. We were contacted the very next morning. They had someone out to look at our unit to let us know what was wrong that day! Gavin came over and was very professional and personable. We had Jaxon and his team install our new new units by the end of the week. All for less than we expected! We also had our ducts cleaned, and Merle and Zane were very quick and thorough! I cannot recommend this great company enough!! They will not jerk you around, and always kept us in the loop every step of the way.
