OyBoy was fantastic, they were able to get someone out the same day I called to look at my AC. Jose was awesome. He took the time to explain how my system works and is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Jose and OyBoy.

Jose was great! I had called two other companies to diagnose my system both tried to push me to completely purchase a new unit. I wanted a third opinion so I found Jose with OyBoy cooling. Jose came on time answered all my questions and was very honest. The system just needed freon. I will be using Jose for all my future AC needs.

Jaxon and James did a furnace and central air conditioning unit replacement for us today. Quick, efficient, and professional. I can't say enough good about these technicians and this company. Thanks for the hard work today guys!

I’m horrible with names but I’m pretty sure their names were Jake and Jackson (sorry if I misspelled your names or got them wrong) they were super considerate of our dogs and they were so kind. They made sure to answer all of our concerns before they left and walked us through the whole process. 10/10 would definitely recommend to a Friend!

Jose is a credit to your company. He is professional in every way. He wore shoe coverings, he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it.
He recommended changing out our motor fairly soon due to the age of the motor. He indicated that heater motors usually last about 15 years. He built a relationship of trust by indicating how good everything looked, but to expect repairs in the future.
He said we should change our filter every two to three months. He is welcome here anytime.

Jaxon and Josh did a wonderful job! Very personable, friendly, and explained everything about our new Lennox Furnace. I would recommend them for any installation. Aaron was the one who sold us the unit, he also was very nice and wasn’t pushy but explained everything to us and got us a very fair price!

What a great experience! Jaxson and Jayden installed a new heating and AC system for us and I have zero complaints...seriously, not one! Professional, timely, informative and cleaned up after themselves. The system works great and we are very pleased. OyBoy has customer service nailed down to perfection.

UPDATE 7/13/21: I was pleasantly surprised to find a check in the mail today refunding the diagnostic fee for the repairs I received 2 weeks ago. I'm so impressed with the quality of customer service and would definitely recommend OyBoy!

Our A/C stopped working earlier this week with outside temps reaching 95+ degrees. I was desperate to get someone ASAP and OyBoy came through. After calling around and finding most booked out a week, OyBoy had an appt open the following day. Jose texted me and said he could come an hour earlier and I was thrilled. He was professional, polite, and very patient in explaining the situation. The universal pressure switch he replaced got the system up and running within the hour. After that he reviewed other suggested A/C maintenance. While I was bummed to hear that $3k worth of upkeep may be necessary on a 2010 unit for a new dual capacitor, blower motor, condensor motor, and circuit board, I was grateful for the thorough diagnostic & explanation. The only disappointing thing was that they charge a service fee of $69 when many other places I called didn't charge a fee if repairs were made. I was okay with that since times were desperate, but it's definitely something to consider.

I would recommend Oyboy to anyone. They helped us replace our old system in our rental property and their professionalism really set them apart from the other company’s we were looking at. My experience with Jason and the rest of the team was amazing. You can tell that they take pride in what they do, very meticulous technicians.
