My AC didn’t seem to be cooling like it should. A friend suggested having some preventative maintenance done. He recommended Aire Serv. I called Aire Serv. Their office manager, Emmy, quickly took my contact information and scheduled a technician for the next day. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. Within 20 minutes, the technician located two issues with my AC – a bad capacitor and low refrigerant. He had the part and refrigerant with him and quickly resolved both issues. My AC is now cooling like it was! Thank you, Emmy, and Aire Serv. I was so impressed, that I signed up for their annual preventative maintenance program.

A very professional experience which felt life a massive relief after dealing with so many other larger more expensive alternatives. Emmy made it super easy for us to set up our appointment and Kyle was incredibly nice and efficient with the repair. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs something done fast!

From leaving a Message with Julie on the Neighborly answering service, to Emma who called me back to book a same day service time to Dale the Service tech and the young lady who gave me price quote and took my credit card payment over the phone, they were all true professionals with a Be of Service attitude, who truly cared about their clients and doing an excellent Job for both me and my Resident in one of my rental units!

Excellent service. Kyle did a repair on our Heat Pump. He was very courteous and professional. This company is an example for others to follow. I have used them for maintenance and repairs for a few years and have never been dissatisfied with thir work or service.

Cathy and Dylan completely went above and beyond for me when I needed service on my unit! Cathy was very knowledgeable while scheduling my appointment and when Dylan came out for service, he took his time with me when I was asking questions and had me up and running in no time!! Definitely recommend!!!
