Great company. Gentlemen of the industry. I had an old unit I needed replacing and was not excited about the cost. Byron from Aire Serv came and took me through the whole process of determining what we needed, exemplifying their philosophy of customer value, and getting me (what I believe was) a very fair price on a system. It was a bit nicer than I was originally looking to get, but they have financing that made it worth the extra $30/month. Good people doing it the right way. System going in next week!

Excellent service every time we use them. We have now added a maintenance contract to prevent future problems. Our fan died and we had them install a new system to replace our 18-year old system. Installation faster than promised. Highly recommended.

Was told during consultation for replacing my unit that to seal the ducts would take the majority of a two day install, took at most 45 minutes for the sealing. Broken plastic that outside unit is installed on and was told that they would order and replace that padding, looked today and saw that they had placed a piece of tape over the broken piece. Had been okay with their maintenance services prior to this install , but now just don't feel that they are very professional. Not worth the extra money.

Donny was a top notch technician, Work was very professional. In addition to replacing the fan and control module he also installed a surge protector.
It was starting to rain so he decided to come back later so he didn't have to fool with 220 volt main. Smart guy! He came back a few days later and completed the Installation. Looks like it grew there.
Better hang onto him Keith. Always keep his hair combed!!

Gary & Marc came to replace my heat pump unit on a very rainy & cold day. Didn’t slow them down a bit. Had the best experience with my home Heating maintenance service with Aire Serve, Mr. Jose V. service technician. Did the most thorough service ever and complete evaluation for home sale. Plus suggested and explained recommended repair as well as instructing me on maintenance. Professional and will certainly use Aire Service in the near future.

The repairman (Kyle) who came out was profession, Knew what he was doing, isolated the problem, pleasant to deal with. Will not hesitate to call again.

Donny came in early in the hour and went over everything. Gave me a couple options for a repair plan and a full breakdown of each option. He was very friendly, very professional, and let me know every step of the way if there was something new that he found and if he needed to leave and pick up a part and was even timely on that.

I had an excellent customer experience! Not only did they complete my fall maintenance, they also recommended indoor air quality which immediately made a difference. And, while they were at my home noticed a gas smell, which was a leak that could have resulted in a devastating accident. Great customer service. I highly recommend Aire Serv of Waco for all your HVAC needs.
