No issues with the technician. He was helpful and professional. However the quote was ridiculously high. For a blower motor that cost $275 The company provided an install price of $1,100 for a 30 minute job. I don’t know why the labor and warranty fee would be $900. I even lost out on $89 for the diagnostic. Stay away from this company if at all possible if you don’t like being ripped off. We had another company out same day and they charged $120 to install on top of the price of the motor. If you’re looking for a better deal contact Watson Air company in Waco TX.

Woke up one morning and noticed that our heating unit was not coming on so we called AirServe who sold and installed the unit for us a couple years ago. Dispatch sent out DONNY JORDAN as our tech to diagnose and solve the issue. I myself who is a satellite install technician by trade was extremely impressed by the thoroughness that Donny went through to diagnose and resolve the issue for us. He was extremely professional he made it very easy to understand what the issue was and how he resolved the issue. Even went ABOVE and BEYOND to inform us how the system worked and explained little tips and tricks to keep our unit preforming at its peak. Donny Jordan is my one and only preferred technician to service my HVAC unit 100% tip top performance

Gary and Mark called before arriving and were actually early. They were very professional and their work looks amazing. They were such awesome guys. Gary went over entire install and how to operate everything. AireServ also sent out a tech to put freon in old unit so we didnt have to trying to sleep in a hot house. I would recommend AireServ to anyone. If they are lucky they will get Gary and Mark

Very prompt and polite technicians! He was able to repair our unit in about 45 minutes so we did not have any down time in our studio. We have used them several times with different technicians and were pleased every single time.

They were awesome. From the beginning of setting the appointment to awesome tech. I recd a text w pic of tech before he arrived and he called about 30 mins before arrival. He explained what was wrong and showed me a breakdown of what was needed and then helped with pricing. Very respectful, courteous and quick. Would very much recommend!

We had our air conditioning system replaced by Aireserve. Byron the salesman was friendly, took the time to insure we had no remaining questions. Our system was installed by Gary Jourdan and Marc A De La Rosa. They arrived on time, were friendly, professional, and hard working. Gary and Marc took the time to explain the system as well as the installation. Their cleanup was complete. We would readily recommend Aireserve to friends.

My experience with this local franchise company has been that they are willing to make it right regardless and their guys work hard at providing the customer a remarkable experience (kudos to Esteban and all the guys that work with him).
