Aire Serv of Central Texas

The first hot weekend of the summer our AC went out. After three unsuccessful attempts to reach a
repair service, I called Aire Serv. Emmy, their customer service rep, who took my call was professional,
courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. After Emmy took our contact information and a description of
our AC problem, she scheduled a service technician to come out that afternoon. The service technician
arrived at the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed and resolved our AC problem. Thank you, Emmy,
helping to get our AC back in working condition

On 3/13/23 our heater went out and because of our past positive experience with AireServ we called immediately for repairs. Everyone we dealt with from the lady we spoke with on the phone to Dale our technician were exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They provided us outstanding service. I wish all companies were as professional and customer service oriented as AireServ, our forever go to AC and heating provider.

Marc DeLarosa was very professional, and he took his time to explain his findings and services. Emmy was also very responsive and made sure that we were well informed about our schedule and exact timing.

Recently moved into a new home and I called Emmy and she helped me get set up on a proactive maintenance plan. Very professional company to work with!

Kyle Saunders came out today and did a great job! Very personable, efficient, and honest. Would highly recommend giving Aire Serv a call for your HVAC needs!

They performed a semi annual review of my 2 systems. One minor adjustment was made to tilt the drainage pan and resealed. Otherwise units were in great condition.

What started as a small inconvenience with our heater’s performance turned out to be a symptom of a larger concern. Kyle was amazing. Extremely knowledgable and able to explain it so even I could understand it! Also he got it right. It is great to deal with a company that is honest and does great work. We are now ready for the next freezing night knowing we will be warm. I recommend Kyle and Air Serv of Central Texas to everyone.

I decided to go thru Home Depot to get a Air conditioner replaced since my previous unit was giving me problems. Unfortunately this company installed an 11K USD unit and it breaks down more often than the old one. . They registered the unit to their business and I cannot see what parts are under warranty. They keep charging for parts all the time. Rip off company. Once this contract is over its a wrap. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

I am purchasing a home in Waco and as I have purchased several homes before, I knew that I wanted an HVAC inspection performed before closing. The positive experience with Aire Serv has blown me away from the very beginning. They were very responsive and got me on the schedule right away. They sent a text verifying the name and picture of the technician prior to arrival. This is the most thorough inspection that I have witnessed to date. As a prospective buyer, it is imperative that you have as much information as possible to make sure that you are making a good investment. The issues that were discovered and clearly explained, along with the recommendations for remedy have provided me with the clarity and support needed to renegotiate the contract or find a more suitable investment. The Field Supervisor Jared Foresman exemplifies their mindset of doing everything the right way and prioritizing client health and safety. Aire Serv or bust people! Don't trust the most expensive system in your home that directly effects health and comfort to Chuck in a truck just to save a buck, because you'll be out of luck!

We always use AireServ for our A/C & Heating needs. The technicians are always responsive, congenial, professional, and respectful. David Eidsvoog arrived for a service call 4 weeks ago, and he did outstanding work with a friendly attitude. I wrote a positive review on the AirServ website, however, I can't locate it. Thanks, David, for excellent and knowledgeable service!
