It is never easy to hear that we had thousands of dollars worth of damage to our HVAC system, but Dale, our service technician spent an enormous amount of time showing me pictures and explaining the problems he encountered during our routine maintenance check. Had he not taken the care to thoroughly investigate and explain the issues he came across, I wouldn’t have followed up and made another appointment to schedule repairs. But when he helped me understand that if we didn’t intervene, there were health concerns, as well as tremendous wasted money because of the compromised efficiency of our entire system. At every step in this process, the professionals we’ve worked with have coordinated schedules, equipment and service. Carol in the front office is on top of everything. I feel like she knows my system and knows me even though I’ve never met her. Dale’s calm demeanor, professional skills and respectful manner gave me confidence that we would get the problem solved and end up with substantial savings in daily running costs because of improved system efficiency. These folks have EARNED our business.

They were all, every single man, courteous, professional, always working, no one just standing around and they finished when they told me they would be through. They also cleaned up everything. Donny was fantastic, as was the rest of the staff I worked with! With his 28 years of experience (second generation HVAC worker, to boot!), he identified what was wrong and explained what he was doing and why. I also needed help installing a thermostat, which he did deftly. I'm pretty curious and he didn't mind my extra questions, engaging me when he wasn't up in the attic or outside. Having been in our attic, he maneuvered his way around so quickly! The communication the company offers to ensure you are aware and arrival times and pricing is seamless, too. Additionally, in a "non-upselling" kind of way, he made me aware of two things that should be fixed in the future to avoid damage to the house (from construction short cuts). Very professional. I'm booking with them for biannual servicing and requesting Donny!

Needed cleaning of an older Goodman AC. Stephen G came out and was very professional, did a good job, made recommendations for the future and informed me of the Aire Serv membership plan. Would recommend.
So far the services are conducted by personnel that appear top notch. They are friendly and more than willing to explain the aspects of their service call, make recommendations to best suit the needs of the consumer. Plus, they are speedy! I had a 27 year old system that held together pretty good for it’s life, but when it came time to start breaking down through natural attrition and aging, they did a patch for me until the new system can be installed. I’d recommend these guys in a heartbeat!
Half way through a week long training conference, our conference room AC stopped working. By the end of day 3 the temperature was up to 78 degrees. We called up AireServ and they were out the next morning and had our AC back up and running within 30 minutes. The tech was kind and professional. AND he was very unintrusive! He was able to fix our issue while our training was rolling along. If you are on the fence about using AireServ, get off the fence and give them a call.
